湿地公园科普宣教规划设计研究

【摘要】 湿地有着优美的自然风光,同时也蕴藏着丰富的科普知识,有的时候她还承载着某个地区的历史文化。但是随着现代化进程的加快,许多湿地成为城市建设的牺牲品,保护与修复湿地迫在眉睫。通过湿地公园实地宣传、教育功能的发挥,让大众了解湿地知识、感知湿地氛围成为解决问题的有效途径之一,以此来完成湿地与人类间的沟通,便能够呼吁更多的人参与到保护湿地、维护生态的行列中来,并且促进更多更优秀的湿地公园的建成,推动湿地事业的发展。本文首先通过查阅文献和实地调查,分析前人湿地公园科普宣教方面的研究理论以及近期国家出台的相关法规法则,并且剖析优秀案例中的科普宣教规划设计,从而形成本文的研究基础。继而将湿地公园科普宣教规划设计划分为设计、规划、策划三大类,又将设计细化为博览展示、参与体验、解说系统三类,将规划细化为整体结构规划、序列规划、保护契合规划三类,而策划总结为宣教材料策划、活动策划两类,并分别进行详细归类阐释,完成本文主体理论研究。最后本文结合作者亲自参与的东海湿地公园实例,通过重点研究其科普宣教专项规划设计,对前文主体理论进行对应验证,丰富本文研究成果。本文理论联系实际,对湿地公园科普宣教规划设计进行了初步探索尝试,期望研究成果能为今后湿地公园的科普宣教规划设计提供参考和借鉴,并能丰富湿地领域的规划设计理论。

【Abstract】 Wetlands not only has beautiful natural scenery, but also is rich in scientific knowledge, she sometimes also contains the area’s history and culture. But with the modernization process, many wetlands became the victim of city construction, and it’s the end time for us to protect and restore the wetlands. It is one of the effective ways to solve the problem above that let the public know about the wetlands and feel the atmosphere of wetlands through on-site education and publicity. All of these can lead to the communication between people and wetlands, and appeal more people to participate in the protection of wetland and the preservation of ecology, as well as promote constructions of more outstanding Wetland Parks and the development of the area of wetlands.First, This paper formed the basis by analyzing the theory of Wetland Park for Scientific Publicity and Education before and the relevant laws and regulations recently stated, and also by studying on the outstanding cases of planning and designing for Scientific Publicity and Education, through referring to documents and investigations. Then the planning and designing of Wetland Park for Scientific Publicity and Education were divided into three categories, and they are Detail Design, Macro Design and Program Planning. The Detail Design included Display, Participation and Interpretation. The Macro Design was divided into Overall Structure Designing, Sequence Designing as well as Publicity and Education Design Combined Protection. Then the Program Planning in Wetland Park was summed up to Publicity and Education Material Planning and Activities Planning. This part was particularly discussed to complete the main theoretical research of the topic. At last, the planning and designing of Wetland Park for Scientific Publicity and Education were used to plan and design Donghai Wetland Park, and the theory above were proved according to the special case.Linking theory with practice, the paper preliminarily explored the planning and designing of Wetland Park for Scientific Publicity and Education. The production of the paper were hoped to provide reference and borrowing for planning and designing of Scientific Publicity and Education in the coming Wetland Park, and also to fill the theory in the field of planning and design of wetland.
