高集海堤原水管迁改工程顶管施工技术的研究

【摘要】 顶管施工在福建及沿海地区开始使用和推广已有多年历史,但大口径顶管施工以往在厦门的市政建设中并没有多少类似工程的经验,再加上海底施工时许多地质情况未明,致使在该地质条件下施工与现有文献上记载的施工方法有所不同,且施工条件受潮汐影响很大,直接进行施工面临诸多困难。通过对高集海堤原水管道迁改工程顶管施工方法的研究,将有利于该类工程在沿海、沿江类似地质和环境中的推广和使用。高集海堤原水管道迁改工程在面临施工工期紧、工程地质情况复杂、测量难度大等困难的情况下,通过精心准备、刻苦钻研,多方论证,采取曲线顶管施工,同时严格执行安全专项、安全应急方案,使工程安全、高质量的顺利进行。本文采用规范分析与实证分析相结合、系统分析等研究方法,对在海底条件下的大口径给水管道顶管施工方法进行归纳总结。基于高集海堤原水管道迁改工程对海上顶管、海上沉管等施工技术进行了详细的研究。并从施工监测、安全监测、应急预案等方面提出了在海底条件下顶管施工质量、安全控制技术措施。本课题的研究为在海底和地下岩石多的地段进行顶管施工总结出了一套行之有效的方法。研究成果对顶管施工技术在沿海的推广和使用,对在厦门等沿海地区进行更多类似工程的研究具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pipe jacking construction started in Fujian and the coastal areas and promotion of many years, but the large diameter pipe jacking in the past the municipal building in Xiamen did not have much experience in similar projects, coupled with the end of construction of the Shanghai Many geological situation is not clear, resulting in geological conditions in the construction and all kinds of information recorded on the different construction methods, and construction conditions influenced by tides, direct construction faces many difficulties. By Gao-ji seawall construction of raw water pipeline of pipe jacking method will be beneficial to such projects in cities along the coast and the environment in similar geological promotion and use.Gao-ji seawall concentration of raw water pipeline seawall project in the face of tight construction schedule, engineering geology is complex and does not appear to meet many unknown geological, survey and other difficult and under difficult circumstances, through a carefully prepared assiduously, many discussions, to curved pipe jacking construction, and strict implementation of special safety, security, contingency plans to enable the project safe, high quality smooth.In this paper, specification analysis and empirical analysis, systems analysis and other methods, under the conditions in the sea of large diameter water supply pipe jacking construction method is summarized. Based on raw water pipeline set seawall project on the sea jacking, marine and other construction techniques immersed studied in detail. And from the construction monitoring, security monitoring, emergency plans and other aspects of sea conditions in the pipe jacking quality and safety control measures.The topic of underground rock in the sea and lots more for pipe jacking summed up a set of effective methods. Results of pipe jacking in the promotion and use of coastal, for more on similar projects in Xiamen research has important practical significance.更多还原
