【副题名】以爱德华商埠区栖霞街建筑保护及改造研究为例

【摘要】 历史街区及旧建筑保护和开发利用是历史文化遗产保护的重要内容。许多历史建筑,由于其外观并不是特别出色,但是由于其年代久远,数量众多,规模集中,并形成了统一的街区结构,因此可充分反映当时的社会文化环境,理应加以保护与利用。但是由于此类历史建筑及街区多由于年久失修、外表破落,设施落后而得不到政府及相关部门的重视。因此,近年来,我国部分中小城市因为迅速发展,盲目追求大都市化,致使诸多历史风貌街区逐渐消失。威海市便是处于这种快速发展中的中小城市的典型代表。它是个有着沉重历史的城市,自明代开始设卫,历经甲午中日战争后被列强瓜分,直到十九世纪三十年代收回,这片土地经历了与其他殖民城市一样心酸却又色彩斑斓、浓墨重彩的沧桑历史。但是,当其他前殖民城市正大肆宣扬其悠久的殖民风格建筑及充满欧洲城镇般异域色彩的街道,并以此作为城市名片和旅游及商业卖点时,威海却在这城市形象竞争中越走越远。究其原因,主要在于其对历史建筑保护与利用的忽视,本文将针对这个问题提出对抗性策略。首先对威海殖民时期刘公岛外的城市规划进行了详尽的梳理,归纳了爱德华商埠存留的历史建筑,调查其现状,指出其保护的不足。其次通过对爱德华商埠唯一遗留的南部片区,即当时的文化娱乐区,现在的栖霞街区为例,进行调研与分析,指出其现状利用的不足。希望通过对其提出保护与利用的方法与模式,来为整个威海爱德华商埠的建筑遗存探明一条合理利用与改造的路子。在对栖霞街区的利用与方法的模式探讨上,提出了具体的商业化改造模式与规划方法,对该区的空间、交通、景观、产业片区等做了详细的规划,意在指出一条适合栖霞街区的商业化置换的路子。最后,通过对威海大环境的思考,指出威海爱德华商埠建筑遗存保护对构建威海城市名片,提升威海城市层次的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Historic district and architectural conservation and development and utilization is an important part of human cultural heritage.Many historic buildings, because of its appearance is not particularly good, but because of its age-old, the number of large-scale centralized, and block the formation of a unified structure, fully reflected the cultural environment of life should be protected and utilized. However, due to historical buildings and neighborhoods such as dilapidated, run-down appearance, internal backwardness, lack of attention to the government and relevant departments. Therefore, in recent years, some small and medium cities in China because of the rapid development of the blind pursuit of city, resulting in the gradual disappearance of many historical Streets.Weihai is the rapid development in such a typical small city. Weihai is a long history and heavy city, Ming Dynasty had set, Jiawu to war after world powers in the nineteenth century to recover the thirties, this land has experienced, like other colonial cities very sad but colorful, red-letter the vicissitudes of history.However, in other colonial cities was trumpeted its long colonial style architecture and planning in Western fairy-tale streets, and as a city card and when the tourist and commercial attraction, Weihai is the image of the competition in this city more and more away. The reason lies mainly in its historical heritage conservation and utilization of ignored,In this paper, this phenomenon, first produced in Weihai colonial legacy of town planning and architectural remains (except the island of Liu), the commercial port development and Edwards remains a detailed history of regular and combing, summarized the architectural remains of Edward Ports heritage, and to investigate the status of its use, pointing out the deficiencies of its protection.Followed by Edward Southern Area Ports only remaining building remains, that is, cultural and entertainment district at the time, now Qixia district, for example, conduct research and analysis, pointed out that the use of its lack of status. Hopes to make its protection and use of methods and models to the entire remains of Weihai Edward proved a commercial port construction and transformation of reasonable use of the roadQixia blocks in the model and method of use, the proposed transformation of the specific business models and planning methods, the area’s traffic, landscape, space, industrial area and so do the detailed planning, intended to point out that a suitableQixia commercial block replacement policy.Finally, thinking of the environment in Weihai, Weihai, Edwards pointed out the commercial port city of Weihai protection on building business cards, to enhance the importance of Weihai city level.更多还原
