【摘要】 Partnering模式作为一种新型的建筑工程项目管理模式,在一些发达国家和地区得到了广泛的应用并取得了很好的效果。Partnering模式在相互信任的基础上,能明显改善项目各方关系、减少项目中的破坏性冲突、缩短工期、降低成本等,为项目各方带来巨大的收益。本文围绕着如何将Partnering模式应用于我国工程项目实践中,展开了对Partnering模式的应用研究。在专家学者研究的基础上,本文提出了Partnering模式的“三阶段式”的实施流程;建立了解释结构模型,对影响成功实施Partnering模式的因素进行了分析,得出了影响Partnering模式在我国成功实施的关键因素;探讨了在Partnering模式下各参与方之间的信任合作情况,建立了合作博弈模型,并用“核”和“Shapley值”两种方法对各个参与方应得到的利益分配进行了定量分析;分析了在Partnering模式下各个参与方之间产生冲突的潜在根源;探讨了不同类型的冲突——破坏性冲突和建设性冲突,以及这两种冲突各自的特点;构建了冲突处理系统,在该系统下,冲突方首先进行自省、首先认识自身存在的问题,最终使得破坏性冲突得以解决;分析了Partnering模式在我国具体实施的障碍,并根据我国的具体实际情况分析了成功实施Partnering模式的相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new construction project management mode, Partnering mode received extensive application and achieved good results in some developed countries and regions.On the basis of mutual trust, Partnering mode can significantly improve project parties relations, reduce the destructive conflict, shorten the project construction period, reduce cost, and brought great benefits parties for the projectThe paper revolves around how Partnering mode applied to domestic project practice,and launched the application research of Partnering mode. Firstly,on the basis of experts and scholars’studies, the paper puts forward three stages of Partnering mode of implementation process.Secondly, Interpretative structure model is established, This paper analyses the factors that affect the Partnering mode in China. The critical success factors are provided .Thirdly, the author discusses the various parties in Partnering mode of trust and cooperation between them, and establishes a cooperative game model, gets a quantitative analysis on the distribution of interests with two methods "nuclear" and "Shapley Value" around all parties. Fourthly, Partnering mode are analyzed the conflict’s potential root between the various parties; Discuss the different types of conflicts destructive conflict and constructive conflicts, and respective characteristics. Constructed the conflict processing system, in this system, the conflict parties made self-examination in the first place、recognize the problems from itself, in order to settle the destructive conflicts. Analyzed the obstacles during the implementation of Partnering Mode in China, and analyzed the corresponding policies of the successful implementation according to the particular case in our country.更多还原
