【摘要】 城中村是我国城市化进程中存在的普遍现象。近年来,常州市抓住行政区划调整的契机,积极推进城中村改造工作,从中积累了经验,取得了突破,也为实现城乡一体化奠定了基础。但是,在城市化形态改造的同时,原有农村的传统管理模式和二元体制矛盾没有得到根本改变,发展模式、管理体制、文化样式、生活方式和居民心态的滞后成为影响城中村改造的关键性问题,有待进一步加强探索和实践。文章以中心城区的城中村为研究对象,通过走访调查,掌握城中村改造的现状,剖析改造工作中存在的问题,并在此基础上,对中心城区深化城中村改造工作提出政策建议,为推动常州城乡一体化奠定良好基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Urban Village, which means the old living quarteramid the modern city, is becoming common during the processof China’s urbanization. In the recent years, ChangzhouMunicipal Government has taken the opportunity ofAdministrative Division Adjustment in order to carry out theuseful practice on the transformation of the Urban Village,where we have laid the foundation in the unify between thecity and the countryside, from which we as well haveobtained the experience with the great breakthrough. However,no significant changes have taken place in the traditionalrural management and dual management system. The key problems are the development pattern, management system,cultural pattern, living style and the lag behind people’smentality, which impact the following transformation ofUrban village. For this reason we have to strengthen theresearch and exploration. Taking the Urban Village indowntown as the research object, this thesis is aimed at theanalysis of the problems in the transformation process ofUrban Village based on the current status by taking thepersonal interviews and investigations. On this basis, somepolicy proposals on deepening the Urban VillageTransformation in downtown have been tabled as the helpfulreference for unification between city and countryside.更多还原
