基于Skyline的世博可视化系统关键技术的研究和实现

【摘要】 世博可视化指挥系统是以GIS为载体,依托图像监控、GPS定位等先进技术,通过可视化指挥管理业务,综合重大事项、应急预案、当日运营活动等相关信息的展现、分析、辅助决策,从而成为运营指挥中心的一个强有力的指挥工具。本文详细地论述了世博可视化指挥系统的部分具有代表性的可视化功能,分别为二三维联动功能、移动目标实时监控功能及三维漫游功能。该系统在结合用户需求并进行深入调查研究后,采用本文所使用方法,最后展示了这些功能在应用中的使用效果。其中:二三维联动功能是通过互响应机制实现二维矢量地图和三维GIS的结合,二者互响应的前提就是实现二维地图和三维场景之间的一一映射,必须建立二者之间坐标系的惟一对应或对应地物名称的一一对应;移动目标实时监控功能则是通过GPS定位来定位移动目标,再通过GIS地图控件智能分析定位点周边的视频监控资源,从而通过最优的角度和视野来进行实时监控;三维漫游则是通过Skyline自有的系列软件,通过大面积的建模,很容易的实现多方位、多角度的漫游浏览、三维显示查询、模型应用、分析和决策等功能。本文研究工作的意义在于得到的二三维联动实现方法、移动目标实时监控实现方法及三维漫游实现方法大大提高了“可视化”的功能及效果。同时,这三项功能的优化也为世博的运营指挥调度提供了帮助。本文研究的成果有助于简化二三维联动切换操作,智能搜索周边监控资源对移动目标进行实时监控,也提高了浏览效果,为世博可视化指挥带来亮点。

【Abstract】 Visualization command system in shanghai expo 2010 is based on GIS, relying on video surveillance, GPS positioning and other advanced technology, through the visualization conductor management business, comprehensive major matters, the emergency plan and related information on operations, the show, analysis, aided decision-making.It can become a strong command tool of site operation command center.This paper expounded part of typical functions at the visualization command system.including in interaction tecnology of 2-D and 3-D, real-time monitoring remove object and 3d roaming. This system is in combination with user needs and with a thorough investigation and research, finally shows these functions in the application.Two 3d linkage function is realized through each other response mechanism of two-dimensional vector map and 3d GIS, both the combination of mutual response premise is realizing 2-d maps and 3d scene one-to-one mapping between, must establish the only correspondence between coordinate system or corresponding geophysics name one-to-one; Moving target real-time monitoring function is through the GPS to locate a moving target, again through GIS map control of intelligent analysis video monitoring resources around anchor point, thus by optimal Angle and vision for real-time monitoring; 3d roaming is through the Skyline own series software, through the large areas of modeling. Very easy to realize comprehensive, multi-angle roaming browsing, 3d display inquiry, model application, analysis and decision-making functions.This paper studies’s meaning is getting the realization method of interaction tecnology of 2-D and 3-D, real-time monitoring remove object and 3-D roaming.It has greatly increased the "visual" function and effect. Meanwhile, the optimization of these three functions provides the help for the scheduling at expo 2010.The research results of this paper can simplify the switching operation of 2-D and 3-D, intelligent search for moving target and real-time monitoring though the surrounding monitor,and also increased browsing effect, become the lightspot for the visualization command in 2010 world expo.
