【摘要】 制造业在当前我国经济中占有非常重要的地位,制造业企业的生产水平代表了企业的实力和竞争力。随着科技的发展,产品更新换代的越来越快;社会上消费者对产品的个性化,质量和交期要求越来越高,这使得多品种少批量的生产方式越来越受到重视和发展。先进的生产控制系统对实现多品种少批量的生产方式,对满足消费者的个性化需求,提升产品的品质和企业的竞争力起着非常重要的作用。本文从研究原有的生产控制系统的不足,到分析建设新的生产控制的需求,根据现有的生产线的布置和产品结构,开发出一套适合多品种少批量的生产方式的控制系统。该系统以计算机为应用平台,以浏览器/服务器架构运行。该系统实现了生产管理的各项基本功能,包括路径的设置,物料属性设置,机器序列号设置和模板设置;生产过程管理以及订单、生产信息的查询和共享。本系统对电脑生产的流程、控制提出了新的方法。本文综合运用了运筹学、项目管理、条码知识提出了生产过程的全控制,有效地解决了生产过程中的错装、漏装零件,实现了不同型号产品的混线生产和生产过程的零出错。同时由于系统是基于web的架构,产品和生产信息的共享非常方便,这就大大地加快了销售和服务人员通过系统为客户服务的时间。本系统的使用可以帮助公司有效地管理客户订单、生产过程;实时了解产品质量、生产信息;帮助公司为销售等前端部门提供及时有力的支援,最终实现为客户提供高质量的产品和个性化的服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Manufacturing industry has played an important role in Chinese economy, production technique of manufacturing company represents its strength and competitiveness. With the development of technology, product lifecycle becomes shorter, consumers request more and more on personalized products, product quality and lead time which make company pay more attention on the production method of multi-product and small batch. Advanced production control system makes this kind method production come true, it is a key factor to satisfy customer’s personalized requirements, increase product quality and company competitiveness.This paper studys old production control system and finds its weaknesses, analyzes new system requirements, develops a set system for multi-product and small batch production based on current production line and products structure. This system bases on computer technology, runs on browse/server structure. It fulfills basic production management functions, including production routing, material features, machine serial number and template set up; moreover, it can manage production orders, inquire production information and share information at company wide.This system gives new method on computer production process and control. This paper uses operational research, project and barcode knowledge synthetically to raise total production control concept which solves missing material and assembling wrong material issue, makes different products can be produced on same production line. Meantime, this system’s structure is based on browse/server which makes product and production information can be shared at company wide and speeds up service from sales and service departments for customer.This system can help company manage customer orders and production efficiently; make company know real time product and production information; help company give front side more and timely support, help us provide customer high quality products and personalized service.更多还原
