湿陷性黄土地基处理方案优选的研究

【摘要】 湿陷性黄土是一种特殊性土,在湿陷性黄土地区进行建设时,需要对建筑物的地基采取一定的处理措施,以改善土的物理、力学性质,减小或者消除湿陷性黄土地基的湿陷性,保证建筑物的安全使用。目前对湿陷性黄土地基处理方案的研究大多是通过力学计算或通过实验来对某一处理方案进行研究,而很少将这些处理方案在各个影响因素上进行比较选择。对于某一具体工程项目,湿陷性黄土地基处理的方案可能存在若干种,但处理方案的选择通常多受设计者主观经验的影响,往往无法达到“最优”。因此,本文在前人研究的基础上,将这些湿陷性黄土地基处理的方法进行比较,创造出一种湿陷性黄土地基处理方案优选的方法。具体研究工作有:(1)详细分析了目前各种湿陷性黄土地基处理方法的优缺点、适用范围、不确定因素等,提出了各处理方法的风险因素;(2)运用价值工程,通过计算价值系数,得出最优的地基处理方案,并给出了方案优选的具体操作方法;(3)在计算功能评价系数时,通过层次分析法,绘出地基处理方案的功能系统图。通过专家调研问卷,对湿陷性黄土地基处理方案功能系统图中的各个功能给出了权重的参考值;(4)结合具体工程实例,运用价值工程和层次分析法相结合的方案优选方法,对某一具体工程项目的湿陷性黄土地基处理方案进行了优选,验证了其可行性。

【Abstract】 Collapsible loess is a sort of specific soil,especialy undertaking the construction in loess areas .It is necessary to take certain measures to deal with the foundation of the building in order to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil ,And also to reduce or eliminate the collapsibility of loess foundation to ensure the safety of the building.Currently,the research of collapsible loess foundation treatment is generaly obtained by mechanical calculations or through the experiment. It is not likely to select the treatment based on each influencial factors and comparment. For a specific project, there may be several kinds of treatment for collapsible loess foundation treatment.However,the selection of the treatment is usually affected by the subjective experience of the designer .And it is always hard to achieve "optimal" .Therefore, a method of collapsible loess foundation treatment is created through the comparment of those means based on the previous research.Specific steps:(1) The advantages and disadvantages, scope, uncertainty of the method of each collapsible loess foundation treatment method are analyzed in details.(2) Use value engineering, through calculation, concluded that the optimal value of the coefficient of foundation treatment plan, and given the specific operation method of the optimal plan.(3) In calculating function evaluation coefficient by ahp, foundation treatment scheme, and draw the function system diagram, and through expert investigation questionnaire to the collapsible loess foundation treatment scheme function system graph of the weight of each function reference is given.(4) For a specific engineering project, the treatment of collapsible loess foundation is optimized and the feasibility is verified through AHP model ,evaluation index system and the combination of the AHP and value engineering.
