【摘要】 “农家生态园”属于休闲观光农业的范畴。它是综合了生态农业、自然风光、旅游休闲、文化传播,科技示范以及环境保护等多种功能于一体的农旅交叉型复合产业;它不仅为都市人提供了一种全新的休闲旅游方式,同时还为当地带来了可观的经济效益,社会效益和环境效益。然而,伴随着“农家生态园”的蓬勃发展,一些问题也相继涌现:部分园区因缺乏区域性总体规划而导致“盲目选址”,“定位模糊”,“项目设置雷同”,“特色缺失”等问题,不仅使园区的可持续发展受阻,进而还引发了“生态失衡”,“环境污染”,“资源浪费”等一系列现象。这些都是值得我们去为之反思的。本文以“西安周边农家生态园”为研究对象,从景观规划设计的角度出发,通过查阅文献和进行实地调研,做了以下的研究工作:1.梳理并界定了与“农家生态园”相关的一些基本概念,同时加以对比和区分;2.介绍了国内外农家生态园发展的概况;通过查阅文献和实地调研,阐述了西安周边农家生态园的发展现状,并指出存在的问题;3.从景观规划设计的角度出发,通过对农家生态园景观规划理论依据,设计原则,景观构成等方面的论述,结合实际案例的研究,探讨其规划设计的具体思路,并寻找出一套适用于农家生态园景观规划的设计方式。最终给出解决“农家生态园”当前面临诸多问题的方法和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Eco-Agricultural parks" belongs to the area of the leisure agritourism . It is a new industry combination of ecological agriculture, tourism and leisure, local culture, natural, technology demonstrations,cultural transmission and environmental protection. It ’s not only provide a new leisure travel mode for the person who living in the metropolis, but also brought considerable local economic, social and environmental benefits.However, with the "Eco-Agricultural parks" booming development, some problems have emerged: Most of the park due to lack of regional planning guidance which led to:"select the address blind", "location ambiguity," "project settings identical," " features missing "and other issues, not only hinder the sustainable development of the parks; but also leads to the series of phenomenons as :" ecological imbalance ", environmental pollution "and" waste of resources ".It’s time for us to reflect on these issues.In this paper, "Eco-Agricultural parks" around in Xi’an as the research object, from the perspective of landscape planning and designing, through access to a large number of literatures and field researchs, done the following research works:1. Combing and defined some basic concepts related to the "Eco-Agriculture parks" and find the differences;2. Introduces the development of "Eco-Agricultural parks" in domestic&abroad; through literature review and field research, describes the development status of the "Eco-Agricultural parks" which is surrounding in Xi’an , and points out the problems.3. From the perspective of landscape planning and designing, through the theoretical basis, design principles and design contents of the "Eco-Agricultural parks" , combined with practical case studies, to explore the specific ideas in planning and designing of the Eco-agricultural parks , and eventually gives advices for solve the issues in recently.更多还原
