门业制造企业车间质量控制模式研究及系统设计

【摘要】 门业产品对于材质、大小规格、型号、颜色、样式具有高度定制化的客户需求,而且订单数量庞大,工期短,单个订单订货数量少,其生产模式是典型的大规模定制化生产,给门业企业的车间质量控制带来更高的要求和挑战。本文将对门业制造企业车间质量控制模式以及信息系统的设计等方面进行探索和研究。首先,在深入分析门业制造企业的生产特点及其车间质量控制存在的问题的基础上,提出面向大规模定制的门业制造企业车间质量控制模式,并对门业制造企业车间质量控制流程进行分析及优化。其次,研究门业制造企业车间质量控制数据仓库相关技术:提出门业制造企业车间质量控制数据仓库的总体架构;探索数据仓库与门业制造企业车间质量控制的集成,完成门业制造车间质量控制数据仓库的概念模型、逻辑模型和物理模型的设计工作;利用数据仓库中的数据按照质量控制的主题,建立多维信息系统,为门业制造车间质量管理信息化的研究提供良好的信息服务;研究粗糙集和人工神经网络技术理论,确定基于历史加工记录的门业制造车间质量预测模型,从而根据质量预测结果进行针对质量的车间计划排产优化。然后,在对上述质量控制模式研究的基础上,设计门业制造车间质量控制集成信息系统,验证本论文研究的门业制造企业车间质量控制模式的有效性。最后,以重庆某门业制造企业为实施对象初步实践验证以上研究成果。

【Abstract】 Door industry products have highly customized and personalized requirements for material, specification, size, color and style, and its time limit for a project is short, order quantity is huge, order quantity for single order is less, and the production mode is typically mass customization production, this brings higher requirements and challenges to workshop quality control of doors manufacturing industry. This paper mainly explores workshop quality control mode and information system design in doors manufacturing industry.Firstly, according to the production features of door manufacturing enterprise and existing problems of its workshop quality control, a workshop quality control mode of doors manufacturing industry based on data warehouse was put forward. Based on this model, and the workshop quality control process of doors manufacturing industry was analyzed and optimized.Secondly, door manufacturing industry workshop quality data warehouse related technologies were studied: the overall framework of door manufacturing industry workshop quality data warehouse was out forward; the integration of data warehouse and door manufacturing industry workshop quality control was studied, and the conceptual model, a logical model and physical model of door manufacturing quality data warehouse were designed; according to the data in the data warehouse and quality control theme, multidimensional information system was built, in order to provide a good information service for door manufacturing quality management information research; based on rough sets and artificial neural network theory, the quality prediction model of door manufacture workshop was established, in order to simulate product quality situation after production scheduling plan, thus the production scheduling could be optimized.Thirdly, based on study of above quality control mode, a workshop quality control integrated information system was designed, and the effectiveness of the door manufacturing industry workshop quality control mode ware verified.At last, the mode and system were preliminarily applied in a doors manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and their validity was verified.
