【摘要】 重庆市正处于快速城镇化的重要时期,其独特的山水特征对城市规划与建设提出了更高的要求。城市设计以其三维空间环境的研究内容以及可与法定城市规划体系形成有效互补关系的灵活性、针对性的特点,已经成为指导重庆城市建设的重要手段。然而,近年来重庆市城市设计实践的效果却不尽理想,并表现出了一系列“不适应”现象,导致城市设计实践的可操作性问题凸显,无法有效实施。因此,需探求适应重庆科学有效的城市设计控制机制,以解决实践问题。本文研究的重点是针对重庆地域的制度、社会、经济、文化环境,对城市设计控制机制的程序框架进行系统化研究,并提出框架下各子系统如何具体操作的方法与内容,从而构建重庆市适应性城市设计控制机制,以助于解决重庆市城市设计无法有效实施、城市设计成果与规划管理脱节的问题,具有现实指导意义和理论研究价值。本文研究遵循“提出课题——理论研究——现状研究——方法体系及内容研究——研究结论”的思路。研究的主要内容包括五个部分:第一部分是本文研究的缘起,包括第一章。论述本课题的研究背景、研究目的及意义、相关概念、研究对象及范围、研究方法及框架。第二部分是基础研究的梳理,包括第二章。在梳理了城市设计的发展演变和城市设计控制机制发展状况的基础上,系统研究国内外城市设计控制机制的内容,提炼其优秀城市设计控制机制的共性与关键即为适应性;最后通过对城市设计发展中适应性思想的汲取和城市设计控制机制的适应性研究,总结适应性城市设计控制机制的研究不足之处,并提出了今后的研究方向,为构建适应性城市设计控制机制提供理论与思想基础。第三部分是现状研究的整理,包括第三章。分析重庆市适应性城市设计实践,反映出城市设计发展历程中的适应性特征;通过回顾重庆市城市设计的发展现状,对部分典型案例进行实效研究,进而归纳总结了影响城市设计有效控制的问题和部分实践较好的成因,为构建重庆市适应性城市设计控制机制提供实践基础。第四部分是本文的核心部分,包括第四章、第五章。第四章首先剖析了影响重庆市城市设计实践的深层因素,进而提出相应的实践需求,在优秀理论与经验借鉴的基础上,结合重庆实际,构建适应性城市设计控制机制的方法体系,包括指导思想、框架构建和控制原则三个部分。第五章系统阐释了重庆市适应性城市设计控制机制的内容,包括六个部分:控制主体、总体策划、分析研究、成果编制、成果转译、保障机制。通过在方法阐述过程中融入实例进行验证的方式,更清晰直观的解析控制机制的实践应用。第五部分,是文章的结语,包括第六章。对论文提出的观点进行了总结,提出研究中的不足,并对后续研究进行展望。本文从实践需求出发,通过理论与实践的基础研究,最后提出方法体系及实践应用,意图提出适应重庆地域特色并解决城市设计实践问题的控制机制——适应性城市设计控制机制,为今后重庆市乃至其他城市的城市设计实践发展提供有益借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chongqing is at an important period of rapid urbanization, its unique landscape characteristics put forward a higher requirement to urban planning and construction. Urban design has become an important means to guide urban development, as its research contents of three-dimensional environment, the characteristics of flexibility and focus, and the effective complementary relationship with urban planning system. However, the practice effects of Chongqing urban designs are not ideal in recent years, which show a series of inadaptable phenomenon and then cause operational problem of urban design practice. So they’re unable to implement effectively. Therefore, we need to explore the control mechanism of adaptive urban design in Chongqing, that is scientific and effective, so as to solve practical problems.This thesis emphasis on systematic research of framework of urban design control mechanism in Chongqing regional institutional, social, economic and cultural environment, and put forward method and means how each subsystem operate, thus constructs an control mechanism of adaptive urban design in Chongqing, in order to solve urban design practice problem in Chongqing. It will have more realistic meaning and theoretical research value.This thesis follow the thinking of“put forward problems——theoretical research——status research——method system and contents research——the conclusion”. The main contents include five parts:The first part is the origin of this study, including the first chapter. It discussed the research’s background, purpose , meaning, related concepts, objects , scope of the study, research method and framework system.The second part is the basic research, including the second chapter. In combed the basis of development evolution of urban design and development status of urban design control mechanism, studied on the contents of domestic and foreign urban design control mechanism,and refined that the generalities and key of outstanding urban design control mechanism named adaptability. Finally, through the adaptive research of urban design development and urban design control mechanism, summarized deficiencies of the research of adaptive urban design control mechanism, and proposed the direction of the research in the future, in order to provide theoretical and ideological basis for constructing adaptive urban design control mechanism. The third part is the status research, including the third chapter. Through analysising adaptive urban design practice in Chongqing, reflected adaptive features of urban design development process. By reviewing the status development of urban design, carried out effectiveness research on some typical cases. Thus the research summarized the problems which impacted urban design effective control, the causes of good urban design practice and the effective factors of urban design control, so as to put forward the need for solving problems: establishing control mechanism of adaptive urban design in Chongqing.The fourth part is the core of this thesis, including the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter. The fourth chapter first analyzed the deep influence factors of Chongqing urban design practice, and put forwarded the corresponding practice demand. And then in excellent theory and experience for reference basis, which combined with actual, it established the method system of control mechanism of adaptive urban design, including three parts: the guiding ideology, the framework and control principle.The fifth chapter system explained the contents of control mechanism of adaptive urban design in Chongqing, including six parts: control subjects, overall planning, analysis, results compiled, results translated, safeguard mechanism. In the process by using the example for verifying the analysis about the practice of control mechanism can be more clearly.The fifth part is the conclusion, including the sixth chapter. It summarized the points of thesis, put forwarded deficiencies in the thesis, and prospected the follow-up study.From the practical needs, through the basic research on the theory and practice, then the paper put forwarded the method system and practice use, and intended to propose a control mechanism that adapted to Chongqing regional characteristics and solved practical problem of urban design——control mechanism of adaptive urban design in Chongqing, in order to provide useful references in Chongqing or other cities for the future development of the practice of urban design.更多还原
