基于嵌入式技术的虚拟式零件尺寸检测系统研究

【摘要】 零件尺寸检测在现代工业生产中占据了极其重要的地位,尤其是近些年人们生活质量的提高,对产品的质量要求越来越高,提高尺寸检测技术已经迫在眉睫。目前,国内的大多生产企业依然选用传统的手工方式进行零件尺寸检测。这样的工作方式精确度低、成本高、效率低、劳动强度大、生产不灵活等。对于生产中检出的废次品将直接以不合格品处理,对企业来说是一个巨大的经济损失。大型企业所选用的高精度高自动化的尺寸检测仪器主要来自进口,价格昂贵,维护难度大。因此,将零件尺寸检测作为一个研究课题具有重要的意义。为了降低零件的不合格率,我们将应用统计过程控制理论的方法来对加工零件采取事前预防的原则,使产品的工艺过程处于“统计受控”状态,最终达到工序过程的稳定状态,保障产品的性能、寿命、可靠性、安全性及稳定性。本课题将嵌入式技术和虚拟仪器技术相结合,运用现行的尺寸检测技术,开发出了一款体积小、成本低、可靠性高、实用性强的尺寸检测仪器。它可以取代传统的检测方式,改善企业的生产加工,提高检测效率,保证零件加工的精度,降低劳动成本,提高企业的经济效益。基于嵌入式技术的虚拟式零件检测系统是基于32位的ARM微处理器、嵌入式WinCE操作系统来实现的,以Visual Studio 2005作为开发平台,在传感技术和串口通信的基础上,运用SQL Server CE数据库实现数据的存储功能,最后通过统计过程控制理论实现数据的分析与处理。本系统的开发运用了面向对象(OOP)技术,采用模块化设计思路,将仪器的开发划分成四大模块,包括通信模块、存储模块、分析模块以及显示模块等,形成了一体化的虚拟式检测仪器。本课题是一次将虚拟仪器技术应用于静态变量的尝试和探索,开辟了虚拟仪器技术发展的新方向。实验表明,将尺寸检测技术与过程能力控制理论应用于零件尺寸检测系统是可行的,可以较好的提高零件尺寸检测的精度和效率,实现自动化测量。

【Abstract】 Part dimention measurement occupies a very important position in modern industry production. With the improvement of people’s life in recent years, increasing demand for higher product quality has been proposed. Therefore, improving the part dimention measurement technology is equivalently imminent. Currently, most domestic manufacturers still use the traditional methods to detect the part dimention. But it is really a way of low accuracy, high cost, low efficiency, labor-intension,deficient flexibility, and so on. While the waste and defective products has been detected in production, they will be directly classified as deserted products, which will lead the enterprise to confront a huge economic losses. For large enterprises, the testing equipments with high precision and high automation used in the production are mainly imported, which are expensive and difficult to maintain and repair. Therefore, it is really great significance to do some research on part dimention measurement. In the paper, we will use the theory of statistical process control to reduce the unqualified rate of parts. And the principle of“prevention beforehand”will be applied in this research, which can make the parts stay in the state of statistical control and ensure product’s performance, life, reliability, security and stability. This topic research is combined by the embedded technology and virtual instrument technology with the current size detection technology to explore a new equipment with small volume, low cost, high reliability and practicality. It can replace traditional testing methods, improve processing production in enterprises, enhance the detection efficiency, and ensure the accuracy of parts, reduce labor costs and promote economic efficiency of enterprises.Virtual part dimention measurement based on embedded technology run on 32-bit ARM microprocessors with the operating system named Windows CE. It was developed on the platform of Visual Studio 2005. Based on the sensor technology and serial communication, it uses the database of SQL Server CE to achieve the storage capability, which can finally analyze and process data through the theory of statistic process control. The techniques of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) with the modular design concept have been used in the development of this system. This instrument is divided into four modules, including communication module, memory module, analysis module and display module, which has formed a virtual integrative detective equipment. This topic research is a new attempt and exploration for virtual instrument technology used in the detection of static variabration. And it has opened up a new research direction for virtual instrument techonology. The experiment indicated that the techonology combined with part dimention measurement and statistic process control theory applied in part dimention measurement system is feasible. It can improve the accuracy and efficiency of part dimention measurement, which can also achieve automative measurements.
