湿式双离合器自动变速器离合器控制仿真研究

【摘要】 双离合器自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)是目前车辆变速器领域关注的焦点,研究双离合器自动变速器的关键技术,开发具有自主知识产权的双离合器自动变速器,掌握其核心技术,对促进我国汽车工业的发展与技术进步具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以国家“863”计划资助项目“经济型轿车高性能自动变速器开发”为依托,针对双离合器自动变速器湿式双离合器的关键技术,基于Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,完成湿式双离合器自动变速器起步和换档过程的离合器控制仿真分析,主要进行了以下研究工作:①以提高汽车起步品质为原则,基于点火、松制动器、踏油门踏板三个节点建立了关于DCT起步的离合器控制策略;该种起步控制策略是在松制动器后,离合器便开始接合,控制参数主要为:离合器的接合速度、接合位移、和节气门开度及其变化率。其中,对于湿式双离合器的离合器接合位移和接合速度可以转化为活塞压盘的压力及其压力变化率。根据车辆的基本参数计算得出各控制参数的数值。②以提高车辆换档品质为原则,在分析双离合器自动变速汽车换档品质影响因素的基础上,综合各种换档类型的优点,制定组合型的两参数换档规律。分析离合器传递转矩变化率及传动系统阻尼对换档品质的影响,通过对换档时发动机输出转矩和离合器传递转矩变化率控制,分别制定了升档和降档时的离合器控制策略。③根据车辆的基本参数和已制定的DCT起步时的离合器控制策略,并基于Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,建立DCT车辆起步时的离合器控制系统的仿真模型。对无油门开度阶段和有油门开度阶段DCT起步时的离合器控制进行仿真分析。④根据车辆的基本参数和已制定的DCT升档和降档时的离合器控制策略,基于Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,分别建立DCT升档和降档时的离合器控制系统的仿真模型。对DCT换档时的离合器控制进行仿真分析。

【Abstract】 Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) is the focus of the vehicle transmission field. The study of key technologies of DCT system, and the development of DCT with independent intellectual property right to master the key technologies, have great practical significance to promote the development and technological progress of automotive industry china.In this paper, the study of key technology of the DCT dual wet clutch is carried out relying on a project National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program)‘Development of high performance automatic transmission for economical car’. Based on Matlab/Simulink platform, simulation research of launching and shifting process for the clutch control of wet dual clutch transmission was perpormed. The main works as follow:①In order to improve the quality of vehicle starting, based on the ignition, loosing the principle of brake and treading the accelerator pedal, the clutch control strategy of DCT launching was established. This control strategy is that the clutch starts to combine after loosing the principle of brake; the main parameters of the control contain speed and splicing, clutch engaging displacement, the throttle valve and its rate control. Among those, the engaging displacement and jointing speed can be converted into the piston pressure plate stress and pressure variation for wet dual clutch. According to the basic parameters of vehicles, the value of control parameters.②In order to improve the quality of vehicle shifting for the principle, based on the analysis of dual clutch transmission shifting quality factors and the combination advantages of each shifting type. The clutch transmission torque rate and transmission system damping effect of exchange files quality were investigated. By controlling the engine output torque and the clutch transmission torque rate in shifting, the clutch control strategies of upshifting and downshifting were formulated respectively.③On the basis of the basic parameters of vehicle, the control strategy of launching and Matlab/Simulink simulation platform was established simulating the clutch control system. Analyzing the simulation results of the clutch control for the DCT launching when the phase is in the‘without throttle angle phase’or‘throttle angle phase’.④Based on the basic parameters of vehicle, the control strategy of shifting and Matlab/Simulink simulation platform, the simulation model of the clutch control system was establish. The simulation of clutch control for the DCT shifting was investigated.
