机载多功能显示器地面检测系统设计

【摘要】 显示器在飞机上占有非常重要的地位,它主要提供一个人机交互界面,把飞行员需要的各项信息显示出来。为了克服传统飞机显示器测试手段存在的效率低、成本高等弊端,某合作项目组提出研制一套针对某型飞机多功能参数显示器的地面检测系统,以完成对飞机显示器性能的全面测试。从被测显示器的测试需求出发,我们分析了软、硬件设计的关键技术并确立了系统的结构组成,提出了一种基于工控机、虚拟仪器技术的地面测试系统的设计方案。软、硬件设计中,按照模块化设计的思想,我们将系统划分为显示器通信和视频信号发生两大模块来进行设计。针对显示器的通信要求,我们以某型号串行通信卡为基础进行通信硬件设计。而对显示器要求的差分视频信号,通过对某视频转换卡功能特点进行分析后,选择自行设计硬件电路来满足测试要求。在测试系统的软件设计中,采用了面向对象的设计方法,主要完成对信号的控制,测试结果的分析和故障诊断。实验结果表明,该测试系统检测速度快、可靠性高、扩展性强,实现了对飞机显示器的地面检测。

【Abstract】 Cockpit Display plays a important part in the aircraft.It mainly provides a man-machine interface,which shows the parameters of the system. In order to overcome the low efficiency and high cost of common testing methods,the collaborator requires us to design a high efficient ground testing system for the Multi-functional cockpit display.The system is going to test the cockpit display comprehensivly and shows the testing results.After the analysis of testing requirements of Cockpit Display,we confirmed the compositions of system and raised a proposal which is based on industrial computer and virtual instrument technology.According to the idea of modular design,the system had been divided into two parts,including communication and video signal generation.We accomplished the communication function through the serial communication card.For the differential video signal,after the analysis of the features of the conversion card,we designed the circuit to meet the requirements by oulselves.Through the object-oriented method,the software part had been designed to provide signal control,state analysis and display of test results.From the testing results,we finished the comprehensive tests successfully.The system has many characteristics,such as rapidness in testing,high reliability,easiness in expansibility and so on.
