【摘要】 本文在对微博概念、特征及发展现状进行梳理的基础上,以新浪微博为例,从使用与满足理论的角度出发,对新浪微博用户的构成、特征、使用行为和使用动机进行系统的调查和分析,考察新浪微博用户的使用与满足情况,从而指出新浪微博在满足用户需求方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策,以期为微博运营商提供相应的数据和结论,从而为微博用户提供更加便捷、更加贴心的服务,从大处着眼,更有利于微博在中国的良性发展。更多还原
