【摘要】 十七大报告上提出了要建设生态文明的战略任务,这是在深刻认识和把握了经济社会发展规律的基础上做出的重大决策,生态建设与经济建设是辨证统一、相辅相成的,生态建设的大力开展能带来经济效益,经济建设的发展也为生态建设提供了物质保障,在社会主义制度下,社会的发展目的是实现人的自由全面的发展,然而随着经济的快速发展、人们对自然资源的索取与掠夺,造成了生态环境系统的破坏,目前我们之所以没处理好两者的关系,一方面是低水平基础上的现代化,缺乏相应的调整空间;另一方面也是意识到这个问题的严重性较晚,还有就是我们某种程度低放弃了我们原本具有的制度优势。本文结合社会主义生态建设与经济建设中存在的现实问题,详细解释了社会主义生态建设与社会主义经济建设的基本涵义、基本内容以及基本关系;接着,分析了社会主义社会生态建设与经济建设的现状问题,分别从观念层面、制度层面与实践层面分析了产生这类问题的原因;最后系统详尽的阐述了正确处理社会主义生态建设与经济建设两者关系的路径,为促进社会主义生态环境与经济发展协调统一,推进社会主义生态建设与经济建设的辩证统一指明了方向。总之,随着社会主义国家经济的发展、科技的进步与人们生态意识的增强,我们一定可以处理好经济发展与生态保护的关系,实现人与自然的和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 17th party congress report proposed a strategic task to build ecological civilization,this is a major decision on the basis of deep understanding and grasping the economic social development rule, ecological construction and economic construction is a dialectical unity, Under the socialist system , the aim of social development is to realize people’s free and overall development, however, with the rapid development of economy, peoples’request and plunder for natural resources, caused the destruction of ecological environment system. at present the reason we didn’t handle the relationship between that is,on one hand , the modernization of low level, the lack of corresponding adjustment space; On the other hand , our awareness of the problem’s seriousness is late, Combining with the realistic problems in socialist ecological construction and economic construction, Explain the basic connotation, basic content and basic relations of socialistic ecological construction and socialist economic construction in detail, this paper analyses the cause of this kind of problem existing in the conceptional level, system level and the practical level, and describs in details the correct path between handling the relationship of socialistic ecological construction and economic construction. Finally pointing out the direction for promoting the unity of socialist ecological construction and economic development. Anyhow, as the development of socialist nationals’economy, the progress of science and technology,the enhancement of peoples’ecological consciousness , we can deal with the relationship between economic development and ecological protection, realize the harmonious development between human and nature.更多还原
