凝析天然气计量单元可靠性设计与实现

【摘要】 本论文根据仪表可靠性设计原则,设计并实现了凝析天然气流量计量单元,可广泛应用于石油、化工、能源等诸多领域对凝析天然气的计量。计量单元在硬件上选用DSP数字信号微处理器TMS320VC5509A为数据运算单元,外围电路主要包括电源电路模块、A/D模块、数据存储器SDRAM、程序存储器FLASH、人机接口电路、USB主机电路、CPLD接口电路,复位电路以及实时时钟模块等。完成了系统PCB设计、器件组装和硬件调试工作。计量单元软件采用模块化设计,主要包括数据采集、数据存储、数据移动存储、程序存储、人机交互以及看门狗等功能模块,各模块程序在CCS2.0开发平台上应用C语言设计和开发,并在硬件电路板上对各软件模块进行了在线仿真和测试,达到了预期功能。计量单元可以实现凝析天然气原始数据的采集、流量的计算和在线显示、以及数据的存储等功能,并且可以将数据转存到移动存储设备中,以便相关的数据分析和生产管理。

【Abstract】 This paper has achieved a wet gas flow measurement unit, following principles of reliability design. It can be widely used for metering wet gas flow in many fields, such as petroleum, chemical industry, energy and so on.TMS320VC5509A was chosen as the processor of the unit. And it consists of power circuit, A/D circuit, data acquisition circuit, data memory SDRAM, program memory FLASH, human-machine interface circuit, USB host circuit and CPLD interface circuit, reset circuit and real time clock circuit. The Printed Circuit Board of the hardware was also designed, assembled, and debuged.The software of the unit was designed using C language on CCS2.0 development platform, including the basic function modulars such as data acquisition, data storage, program memory, removable storage of data, human-computer interaction, watchdog, and so on. All of the software was successfully emulated and tested on the hardware.The unit can achieve data acquisition and storage of the wet gas, and also the calculation and display of the flow rate. Besides, the data can be removed into mobile storage device, which is helpful to related data analysis and production management.
