蒙古林区块侧钻水平井钻完井技术研究及应用

【摘要】 近年来,随着油田开发进入中后期,老油田均面临后备储量不足,采收率低下,钻井成本增加等一系列问题。为实现稳产增效,侧钻水平井作为一种快捷有效的修井工艺,越来越受到重视。许多实践证实该技术可使众多报废井、套损井、停产井重新复活并增加产能,能有效地利用原井的井位资源及地面管网设备,保持原有井网结构,节省成本,减缓水、气锥进,改善驱油效果。基于以上因素,运用侧钻水平井技术来对蒙古林区块剩余油进行开发。本文紧紧围绕蒙古林油藏的地质特征、油藏开采动静态资料,通过剩余油潜力分析,筛选出侧钻水平井目标区块和开采目的层,进而选出侧钻目标井;并针对目标井的具体情况,对侧钻水平井进行了设计,包括侧钻点的选取、井眼轨道、井身结构设计;开展了侧钻水平井钻完井技术及配套工艺研究,包括侧钻工艺、钻进工艺参数、钻井液体系实验、完井方式选择、完井工具和完井工艺等;通过实验优选出了酸液体系配方,设计了用于胀封管外封隔器的胀封工具;形成了一套适用于蒙古林区块侧钻井酸化洗井工艺。研究成果在M10-14、A200井的应用表明侧钻水平井技术对盘活蒙古林油田停产井、报废井、降低老油田开发成本具有现实意义,该技术可成为提高油田采收率和稳定产量的重要手段之一,同时对其它类似老油田具有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 In recent years, as oil fields entering the middle or late period, old oil fields are facing series of shortage of reserve stocks, low oil recovery, increasing drill costs and other. To achieve stable production efficiency, the side-tracking horizontal well as an efficient and effective technology is attracting more and more attention. Lots of experiments have confirmed that this technology can make a lot of abandoned wells, casing-damage wells, closed wells come back to life and increase productivity. Side-tracking horizontal well can make effective use of resources in the original wells and the ground devices, slow down water, gas coning, to improve the flooding efficiency. So that, Menggulin block uses the side-tracking horizontal well technology to exploit the remaining oil.This passage is closely based on the geological features of Menggulin block, and the static and dynamic data of reservoir. Through the analysis of remaining oil potential, the target block and the exploitation target layers are selected, and then the side-tracking horizontal targets are selected; Aiming at the specific circumstances of the target wells, the design of side-tracking horizontal wells is optimized, including the selection of side track point, well track design and structural design; It carries out research of side-tracking horizontal drilling and completion technology and support technology, Including the drilling technology and tools, drilling parameters, drilling fluid system, the selection of completion method, completion tools and completion technology, etc. The acid system is optimised by experiments, and the design of the tool using for inflate the packer is made; formed a set of acid dipping technology suitable for Menggulin block.The application of side-tracking horizontal well technology in M10-14,A200 shows that the research on side-tracking horizontal well technology has a practical significance for activating the Menggulin field closed wells and abandoned wells, and reducing the cost of the old oil field development. The technology will be one of the important means to improve oil production and stability, meanwhile it has some reference for the other similar old oil fields.
