黄老管理哲学思想及其在现代商业管理中之意义研究

【摘要】 黄老道家学派是中国道家学派的一个分支,其思想以早起道家思想的“天道”为核心,又融合其他学派的长处。黄老道家思想起源于战国中后期的楚国和齐国,这两个国家都是当时在经济、军事、文化上具有巨大影响力的国家。黄老道家思想起源这两个国家有其历史的必然性。从战国后期开始,黄老道家思想经过长期发展,在西汉初年形成了一套较完备的治国理论和体系,并在实际的政治实践中发挥了巨大的影响力,更成为后市中国治国政策的重要依据。“文景之治”,是中国历史上有较为明确和详尽记载的治世,也是黄老思想应用于商业管理的第一次伟大尝试。黄老学派在继承并发扬老庄道论思想的核心观念下,积极吸收其他包括儒家、名家、墨家、法家等百家的思想,在适应社会大背景的前提下,融和各家之长,形成了一个以虚为本、虚为实用的现实主义的理论体系。历史的实践证明,黄老思想能够有效的运用于商业管理之中,历经多年的休养生息,西汉王朝的经济快速恢复,社会呈现出一派繁荣景象,中国历时第一个盛世在公元前150年出现,并对中国后世产生了深远影响。改革开放以来,我国一直致力于建设中国特色社会主义市场经济。所谓中国特色的市场经济,它表明这种经济体制,既不同于西方的资本主义市场经济,也不是传统的任何一种经济体制和制度。正是由于这一基本现实,在管理上,要求我们既不同照搬西方的管理模式,也不能全盘继承中国古代的管理思想,而必须在探索中找到一条适合中国特色社会主义市场经济的融合东西方管理学精华的管理学道路。这是现代社会和市场经济发展的强烈呼唤和要求。黄老道家思想中蕴藏着丰富的管理学思想。这些传统文化中的精髓,不仅不应该随着社会的发展退出历史舞台,反而应该在顺应时代发展的趋势下发挥其重要意义。探讨黄老哲学思想与现代商业管理实践的价值及意义,建构中国式管理思想体系,既是寻找中国传统文化与现代化管理相结合的途径的迫切需要,也是市场经济和管理学发展的强烈要求。只有找到一条适合中国国情和特色的管理学体系,才能使得中国企业立足于世界商业之林。更多还原

History shows that, the use of huang Lao’s thoughts can be effective on business management, through years of the han dynasty, rehabilitate rapid economic recovery, society is showing a flourishing, China took the first time in 150 BC, and later appeared in China has produced profound influence.Since the reform and open policy, our country has been devoted to building a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. The alleged Chinese characteristics of a market economy, it shows that the economic system, which is different from the western capitalist market economy, also is not traditional any kind of the economic system and the system. It is this a basic reality, on management, request us both different copied western management mode, also cannot completely inheritance of Chinese ancient management thought, but must find a suitable in exploring China characteristics socialism market economy of blending management way.
