杭州湾滨海盐碱地绿化植物筛选

Selection of Greening Plant in Littoral Salina of Hangzhou Gulf

【摘要】 盐胁迫是自然界中最严重的非生物胁迫因子之一,盐胁迫对植物的外部形态、脯氨酸、光合作用、内源激素等生理生化因子都具有重要的影响。不同植物对盐胁迫的响应方式不一,同一植物在不同生育期对盐分的敏感性也不同。本研究通过野外调查研究,结合室内生理生化因子测定和田间试验,结果如下:从形态上来看,厚叶石斑木等6种植物随着盐胁迫浓度的增加根系生长良好,属耐高盐植物。而全缘冬青等4种植物属耐0.3%以下低盐植物。其它如滨柃等7种植物为耐0.6%植物;常绿白蜡等10种植物为耐0.3%植物;从生理生化角度来看,可以筛选出耐盐程度不同的植物。厚叶石斑木、滨柃和芙蓉菊在0.6%-0.9%高盐胁迫条件下表现出较强的耐高盐特性。罗汉松和果桑具有耐0.6%盐胁迫特性。月季仅耐0.3%低盐特性;通过田间试验分析,表明筛选出的耐盐胁迫植物在试验区栽植生长良好,乔灌木绿化保存率达94.8%,地被覆盖率达56.4%。

【Abstract】 Salt stress is one of the most serious non-biostress factors in the nature. Salt stress has significantly effect on physiological and biochemical factors, such as phenotype, proline, photosynthetic rate, phytohormone and so on. There are different effects of salt stress on different species and also there are different sensitivities of salt on different development stages of the same species. To investigate and select the species which are planted in littoral salina of Hangzhou gulf, we combine field investigation with field test and lab physiological experiments. The results are summarized as follows:1. 6 species including Raphiolepis umbellata belong to high saline tolerant plants, 4 species including Ilex integra belong to low (<0.3%)saline tolerant palnts and 7 species including Eurya emarginata belong to medium (0.6%) saline tolerant palnts according to the phenotypes. In addition, 10 species including Fraxinus griffithii can tolerate 0.3%NaCl. 2. Different saline tolerant species also can be selected according to the physiological and biochemical traits. Raphiolepis umbellate、Eurya emarginata and Crossostephium chinense possess high saline tolerant characteristics under 0.6%-0.9% salt concentrations. Podocarpus macrophyllus and Morus alba can resist 0.6% salt concentration. However, Rosa chinensis can just resist 0.3% salt concentration. 3. Saline tolerant species selected according to the investigation and lab experiment results growth well in the field test.The conservation rate of arbor and shrub reached 94.8% and covering rate reached 56.4%.
