基于色墨控制模型的印刷色彩质量控制研究

【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,人们的物质需求越来越高,对印刷品的色彩质量要求也越来越高,这使得印刷企业需要更加注重对印刷品色彩质量的控制。目前常用的印刷色彩质量控制方法一是基于人工调整,二是基于实验数据,由于受人为因素和实验条件的限制,有时不能达到期望控制效果,其根本原因是缺少理论依据,因此对色墨控制理论模型的研究就尤为重要;另一方面,由于印刷过程受很多工艺条件的影响,实际模型与控制模型发生偏差,因此需要找到一个可以自适应变化且综合诸多因素考虑的有效控制方法,以实现对印刷色彩质量的控制。本论文就以上两个问题,运用数学建模方法和人工智能技术,对印刷色彩质量的控制技术进行了研究。首先,分析印刷机的输墨过程,确定墨键开度—实地密度的理论模型。通过分析输墨系统结构,利用图论知识确定油墨的传递路线,建立从墨键开度到墨层厚度的模型;通过实验,确定墨层厚度与实地密度的关系模型;最终确立墨键开度—实地密度的理论模型。其次,基于自适应模糊控制,对印刷色彩质量控制问题进行了研究。首先对印刷色彩质量的影响因素进行分析,并提出控制方案;然后基于自适应模糊控制,利用理论模型设计控制规则,并给出对控制规则进行调整的方案,再利用Matlab的Simulink模块对控制算法进行仿真,验证其控制效果;最后分析串墨辊的串动作用对油墨传递的影响,对模糊控制器输出的墨键开度进行调整。最后,基于SQL Server2000设计数据库,并以Visual C++6.0为平台,利用MFC开发印刷色墨控制曲线建模模块,实现对印刷机输墨系统和工艺信息的数据管理,绘制输墨系统结构图、油墨传递路线图和墨键开度—实地密度曲线,并设计墨键开度控制模块,实现对印刷色彩质量的控制。

【Abstract】 With the development of socio-economic and the increasing of people’s material needs, the color of the print quality requirements have become more sophisticated, which makes printing companies need to pay more attention to print color quality control. The common method of printing quality control is based on maunual adjustment or the experimental data, and the control effect is limited by human factors and experimental conditions, so it can not achieve the desired effect and the fundamental reason is the lack of theoretical basis. So the research on the theory model of color and ink is particularly important. On the other hand, the printing process is affected by many conditions, and it can not be avoided that the deviation between the actual model and the theoretical model, so we need to find an effective control method to achieve the print color quality control that can adapt to the changes and take the integeration of many factors into account.In this thesis, the mathematical modeling method and artificial intelligence technology are applied to solve the question mentioned above, and the printing color quality control techniques are studied.First of all, the ink transfer process of the printing press is analyzed to determine the model of ink key opening - the field density. By analyzing the structure of inking system, the ink transfer route is determined using the graph theory, and the model is bulid from ink key opening the establishment to the ink film thickness; through the experiments, the relationship model between the ink thickness and the field density; finally the model of ink key opening - field density is to be established.Secondly, based on adaptive fuzzy control, the quality control of printing color has been studied. First of all, the factors affecting print quality should be analyzed, and proposes a control scheme. Then, based on adaptive fuzzy control, the control rules should be designed using the theoretical model and the the adjustment program of control rules is given according to the actual situation. Then, the control algorithm is simulated and validated their results using Matlab’s Simulink module. Finally, the analysis of impact of the inkvibrator’s string action to ink transfer should be done, and the ink key opening that is output of fuzzy controller should be adjusted.Finally, the database based on SQL Server2000 and the software of printing color ink control curve modeling module using Visual C++6.0 as the platform and developed by MFC should be designed, and it is to achieve the data management of printing press inking system and process informations and the drawing of inking system structure, ink transfer route and the ink transfer ink key opening - field density curve. Then the control module of ink key opening should be designed, and achieve the printing quality control.
