我国专业学位硕士研究生教育发展战略研究

【摘要】 论文研究的主要目的是制定我国专业学位硕士研究生教育的发展战略。通过对我国专业学位硕士研究生教育的现状进行详细的战略分析,找出我国专业学位硕士研究生教育发展中的机会、威胁、优势、劣势等,从而发现我国专业学位硕士研究生教育发展中存在的问题,制定我国专业学位硕士研究生教育的战略目标,并有针对性地制定发展战略及对策。论文采用了比较分析方法、系统分析方法以及归纳与演绎相结合的研究方法。首先,界定了专业学位的概念,概括了专业学位硕士研究生教育的起步、发展,总结出专业学位硕士研究生教育的特点。接着对战略管理理论进行了概述,指出了战略管理理论在专业学位硕士研究生教育发展战略中的应用,奠定了研究的理论基础。其次,研究了国外专业学位硕士研究生教育的概况、特点,并总结出其对我国发展专业学位硕士研究生教育的启示,对我国专业学位硕士研究生教育的发展有一定的借鉴意义。再次,采用SWOT分析法分析了我国专业学位硕士研究生教育的内外部环境,找出我国专业学位硕士研究生教育发展中的机会、威胁、优势、劣势等,从而明确我国专业学位硕士研究生教育的发展定位。最后,明确了我国专业学位硕士研究生教育的战略目标,应用TOWS矩阵制定我国专业学位硕士研究生教育发展的战略方向及具体的发展战略,并分别从国家和学校两个角度提出发展战略的实施对策,形成一套适合我国专业学位硕士研究生教育的发展思路,以期对促进专业学位教育的可持续发展有所帮助。

【Abstract】 The main purpose of this study is to frame the development strategies of the professional degree graduate education in China. Through a detailed strategic description of status quo about Chinese professional degree graduate education development, this paper has identified the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses etc so as to find out problems existed in and define its strategic objectives and formulate its development strategies and countermeasures. Three research methods have been adopted in this thesis:the comparative analysis methods, systematic analysis methods and the combination of inductive and deductive research methods.First of all, the thesis defines the concept of professional degrees, describing how it begins and develops with a summary of its characteristics. And then the thesis introduced the Strategic Management Theory and its application in the professional degree graduate education, which has laid down the theoretical foundation of this article.Secondly, the thesis analyzes those overviews and features of foreign professional degree graduate education. It also summarizes that how it enlightens Chinese professional degree graduate education, pointing out its meaningful use in the development of Chinese professional degree graduate.Thirdly, finding out its opportunities, threats, strengths, weaknesses encountered in Chinese professional degree education by analyzing its external and internal development circumstances through SWOT analysis systems so as to identify its development direction.Finally, the thesis indicates its strategic objective and direction of Chinese professional degree graduate education. In it its development strategies can be formulated by using the TOWS Matrix Formulation, and countermeasures also can be defined. It also raises applicable policies from national and schooling viewpoints and forms up a set of development way fit to Chinese professional degree education, hoping that it can be helpful to its sustainable development.
