宝钢厚板冷矫直机主传动系统扭振建模及强度分析

【摘要】 矫直在冷轧、热轧、厚板等轧制过程中已成为一道必不可少的工序,矫直机是实现钢板最佳平整度的关键设备之一。在实际矫直生产过程中,保证了钢板的质量。宝钢厚板厂5m宽厚板9辊冷矫直机,是2003年从德国SMS公司引进的最现代化装备之一,于2005年开始调试、试生产。在设备调试、试生产阶段也出现了一些问题,特别是矫直机主传动万向接轴过载损坏,这一直是急需解决的问题。首先,通过物理模型简化,将系统简化为无变形的刚性转子和无惯量的弹性元件,建立了主传动系统扭转振动的力学模型,通过求解动力学方程的特征值问题及转动惯量,获得了系统的固有频率和主振型。研究发现轧机主传动系统扭振固有频率和主振型分布合理,基本满足最佳动力设计准则。其次,基于所建立的扭振模型,采用Matlab软件,研究了系统的动态响应,得到了各轴段的扭矩放大系数(TAF)。最后,利用Ansys软件,对花键和联轴器进行了三维有限元分析。在额定扭矩作用下,找出了最大应力位置,进行了强度校核,为矫直工艺参数的设定、高强度板材矫直能力的确定和设备的合理使用及维护等提供理论依据,做好充分的技术储备。

【Abstract】 Straightening in the cold, hot-rolled, plate rolling process, etc. has become a necessary process, straightening machine is to achieve optimum flatness of steel plates one of the key equipment. Production process in the actual straightening, ensuring the quality of steel. Baosteel Heavy Plate Mill 9 5m heavy plate cold roll straightening machine, SMS from Germany in 2003 the company introduced one of the most modern equipment in 2005 to start debugging, trial production. In equipment commissioning, pre-production stage there have been some problems, especially straightening machine main drive shaft universal joint overload damage, the problem is the same urgent problem. First, the physical model is simplified as no deformation of the rigid rotor and the inertia of the elastic element without the establishment of the main drive system torsional vibration of the mechanical model, by solving the dynamic equation eigenvalue problem, access to the system’s natural frequency and vibration mode and its moment of inertia. Found that torsional vibration of rolling mill main drive and the main vibration mode natural frequency distribution is reasonable, the basic design criteria to meet the optimum power. Secondly, based on the established model of torsional vibration, the use of Matlab software to study the dynamic response of the system to obtain the torque of each shaft segment amplification factor (TAF).Finally, the use of Ansys software, spline and coupling the three dimensional finite element method. At rated torque, find the maximum stress location to check the strength, after the straightening process parameters for the setting of high-strength sheet metal straightening ability to identify and rational use and maintenance of equipment provide a theoretical basis and make full technical reserves.
