基于结构仿生的派生曲面研究

【摘要】 当代的逆向工程已发展为现代设计方法与先进制造技术相集成的重要技术领域之一,逆向设计是是现代创新设计和优化设计的重要手段,以生物结构为研究对象的结构仿生设计是借助逆向设计的理论和方法实现再创造设计的重要途径,因此,基于仿生设计的工业产品的研发具有重要的理论和实际意义。本课题以甲鱼壳为研究对象,探讨了其几何特征与力学特性,由于原始的仿生曲面属于复杂型自由曲面难以实现精确制造,所以要研究一种继承甲鱼壳体的几何特征和力学特性而又能用现代制造方法精确制造的派生型曲面,主要工作内容为:(1)以Pro/E软件为平台构建了壳体原始曲面模型,分析了内附于壳体的骨骼截面形状与肋筋排布形式,构建了内附加强筋的自由曲面模型。(2)对Pro/E和Matlab的数据交换做了深入探讨,构建了发生线源于壳体的派生曲面。(3)采用Pro/Mechanica模块对重构后自由曲面、派生曲面、内附加强筋的派生曲面从力学承载性能方面进行了有限元分析。(4)利用Pro/NC模块对派生曲面的模具主体曲面进行了数控加工模拟。

【Abstract】 The modern reverse-engineering technology is an important branch of advanced manufactural technology, is the renewal important way of modern technology. The structure biological modelling design of taking the organic texture as a object of study is the creative and important design method spported by the method and the theory of reverse-engineering technology. Therefore there is the important guiding sense to manufactured products’ research and development as well as the innovative design because of the research to the biological modelling design.In This paper ,taked the common biological shell (soft-shelled turtle shell) as the object of study, discussed its geometry characteristic and mechanics characteristic, because the primitive biological modelling surface belongs to the complicated shape free surface to realize the precise manufacture with difficulty, therefore,to study one kind of derivation surface which inherited the geometry characteristic and mechanics characteristic of the soft-shelled turtle,could be manufactured precisely with the modern methods.Specific tasks are as follows:(1) Used the Pro/E software for the platform to build the shell surface model, analyze the shape of the bone section included in the shell and the arranged forms of ribs,construct the free surface model with Strengthening gluten.(2)Made an in-depth discussion for data exchange between Pro / E and Matlab constructed the derived surface with the line occurred came from the shell.(3)Gave the finite element analysis of the reconstructed free surface, derived surfaces, derived surfaces within the additional strong gluten from the mechanical aspects of the bearing capacity using Pro/Mechanica module.(4)Discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the derived surface in the processing and used Pro/NC module to simulate the tool path generated in the derived surface.
