装甲装备维修保障系统评价与优化研究

【摘要】 在国民经济和科学技术日益发展的今天,装备维修在社会发展(国民经济、科学技术、文化教育等)和国防建设中的地位和作用变得越来越重要。对于军用装备,更是随着现代科学技术的不断进步,武器装备的复杂性及技术含量不断提高,使得装备维修保障已成为部队战斗力的重要组成部分,与装备的作战性能居于同等重要的地位。本文从装甲装备维修保障系统的现状及发展趋势出发,结合工作实践,对维修保障工作和综合评价内容做了比较深入的分析研究,建立了全面的、合理有效的评价指标体系和评价模型,采用层次分析法和专家调查法相结合的方式,对装甲装备维修保障系统进行综合评价。该模型易于操作,扩展性强,可根据实际情况调整指标体系和权重,评价结果对装甲装备维修保障系统的建设具有一定的参考价值。在综合评价分析的基础上,运用网络计划优化技术,研究并建立了装甲装备维修保障网络计划综合优化系统,对系统同时进行时间—费用和时间—资源的优化,得到一系列优化后的备选方案,再进一步确定以时间、费用和资源为序参量指标,并分别计算各备选方案中各指标对系统有序度的功效,最终建立综合优化模型来集成以上各指标对系统有序程度的“总贡献”,最后用协调度来评选所有方案,得到最满意方案。

【Abstract】 With the increasing development of national economy,science and technology,the status and role of Equipment maintenance are becoming increasingly important.Specially,the maintenance and guarantee of the military equipment equipments have become a very important part of the troops fighting power and their roles are as important as the combat capability of the equipments themselves with the increase in complexity and technique of the weapons.From the armored equipment maintenance support system status quo and development trend, combined with practical work, maintenance and support work on the comprehensive evaluation content and makes relatively profound analysis and research using AHP and Expert survey wears on the armored equipment combination to carry out maintenance support system comprehensive evaluation. Established a relatively comprehensive, reasonable and effective evaluation index system and evaluation model. The model is simple and easy to use, expandability, can make adjustments to the index system and the weight of the evaluation results of the armored equipment construction maintenance support system has some reference value.For equipment maintenance during the time, cost, resources, this profound grasp of network planning technique in real terms based on systems analysis and coordination from the point of view, to explore and establish a comprehensive equipment maintenance and support network planning optimization system, the system also for the time - cost and time - and optimize resource, get a series optimized than the alternatives, in order to further determine the time, cost and resources for the order parameter indicators, and programs were calculated in the comparison of various indicators on the system ordered Duo effectiveness, the eventual establishment of an integrated optimization model to integrate the above index system order degree of "total contribution" to the final selection with the coordination of all degree programs, the most satisfactory plan.
