【摘要】 信息化已成为21世纪的主旋律,由现代信息技术引发的全球信息化浪潮冲击着传统社会生活的每一个角落。全球经济信息化对传统的企业管理模式、会计理论、会计实务处理和会计管理制度也产生了巨大冲击,促使财务核算系统迅速向信息化转变,财务核算系统信息化已成为我国会计事业发展的必然趋势。高校是人员密集,部门众多,教学科研等业务活动频繁的组织机构,每天均有大量的财务信息发生。我国高校财务计算机核算系统经历了从无到有,从简单到复杂,从缓慢发展到迅速普及的过程,取得了可喜的成绩,但同时也存在着诸多问题,阻碍了向更深层次的发展。高校事业的发展及办学规模的迅速扩大,对高校财务的核算、管理、监督和服务等各个方面都提出了新的、更高的要求。通过先进的信息化、网络化技术和手段,打破不适应现代高校财务发展的各种瓶颈,主动提供服务,不断提高工作效率,改进工作方式,为院校领导、部门院系领导提供更多有效信息,辅助领导决策,向教职员工和学生提供更多的高质量财务信息成为高校财务的当务之急。针对上述问题,本文首先对现行财务系统的运行状况进行了分析,总结归纳出现行财务系统存在的问题,提出财务计算机管理系统的设计原则;然后分析了该系统的数据库表体系的整体框架结构及数据内部关联,剖析了系统开发模式与使用的工具;最后以几个主要模块为实例,分析说明了该系统是如何使财务与信息技术融合,如何将财务信息作为管理信息资源,全面运用以计算机、网络和通讯与安全为主的信息技术,对其进行获取、加工、传输、存储、应用等处理的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Informatization has become the main theme of the 21st century, the global informatization wave caused by modern information technology impacts on the traditional social life in every corner. The global economy informatization has a tremendous impact on the traditional business management and the accounting system, urges the financial calculation system to transform rapidly.The university has many people, departments and scientific research activities, therefore has the massive financial information. The university financial management system of our country has obtained great achievements, but also has many problems. These questions hindered its further development.The university financial control needs to be further enhanced to adapt to education development and scale expansion in our country. Using the network technology to breaks all kinds of bottlenecks in development of university financial management system will improve the working efficiency and providing the better service to the leaders, the teachers and the students.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the application situation of the present financial system and proposes the design principle of the financial management system base on modern network technology; then analyzes the database table structure of the system, association among data, the development mode and tools used. Finally taking several main modules as the example, the thesis explains how to combine the finance and the network technology and take the financial information as the resource of management to better acquire, process, transmit, store and use it.更多还原
