【摘要】 随着我国城市建设的飞速发展,许多大中型城市结合城市发展定位不断加大土地和产业布局调整,进行城市更新和开发,形成了许多城市新区域。新区域的建设发展为城市带来了新的增长点和新面貌,同时也出现了一系列的实践的机遇。城市设计作为控制城市风貌,提高环境品质的重要手段,必须从实际问题出发,提出有效的设计策略和方法,从而为城市新区域以及整个城市的可持续发展提供保证。本文主要通过文献总结和案例研究的方法,来明确当代城市设计核心价值的构成要素及提升策略。借助对欧洲、美国、日本及中国典型相关案例的剖析及具体项目的实践经验和体会,针对性的提出增强城市个性及城市潜力、提升城市效率及城市活力的城市设计策略。深入剖析凸显城市设计核心价值的有效策略,提出具体的提升方法和措施,并结合实例论证为我国的新区域的城市设计实践及建设提供有益参考。论文希望通过以上论证为我国城市新区域的开发建设以及平衡文化发展、经济发展、社会发展提供有效的建议和帮助。另外,本研究试图通过大量的国内外相关实践案例研究,为城市规划设计者提供行之有效的城市设计方法和策略,从而使城市设计在城市风貌的形成改善建设提升过程中起到真正的引导作用,为多元的城市规划理念转化为各具特色的城市形象提供更为有效的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urban construction in China, many medium-sized cities shape up many new urban areas with Increasing land and industrial layout adjustment,carrying on urban renewal and development under the Orientation of urban development. Construction and development of new urban areas has brought new growth and new look, but also a series of problems. As a control, an important means to improve the quality of the environment, urban design must propose effective design strategies and methods from the practical problems and provide a guarantee for the new regional and urban sustainable development also the whole cityBy literature review and case study methods ,this paper clears the core values of contemporary urban design elements and promotion strategies. It is be raised up urban design strategy target to the enhancing of city character and potential and the improving of city efficiency and urban vitality, With the analysis of correlated representative cases in Europe, the United States, Japan and China and the understanging to specific project experience. Effective strategies are analysied in-depth to highlight the core value of urban design. Specific methods and measures are raised up. The paper provides a useful reference for our practice of urban design and construction for new region by case study.It is desired that this paper provide a useful reference for the construction and development of new regions and the balance of culture, economic and society. In addition, this research try to provide effective methods and strategies of urban design for planners and designs through a large number of domestic and foreign related case studies.
