决策导向的环境态势可视化平台研究

【摘要】 目前,人们越来越重视对环境态势方面监测。随着环境态势的重要性日益增加,监测数据的不断积累,各个部门构建了不同的环境态势可视化系统。但是各个部门间缺乏联系,不能复用已有的组件,造成重复开发。本文对大量的环境态势可视化系统进行调研,提取出它们的公共部分,针对环境态势系统的特点提出了环境态势可视化平台的解决方案。本文对态势可视化平台的要素进行了形式化描述以消除自然语言存在的歧义。作者对海洋、地震、气象领域的数据进行调研,根据各个系统的实际需求定义了环境态势可视化数据的存储方式并且用谓词逻辑描述了态势的状态和状态的转移。同时,本文还构建出一套环境态势本体模型,用于规范环境态势可视化数据和对该领域数据的无歧义表达。在架构设计方面,本文采用了分层的架构模型,开发出各种服务模块并将其封装在不同的层次中,降低了模块与模块之间的耦合,同时也提高了模块的复用程度。最后,本文以广西省气象局的气象可视化项目为背景,实现了气象信息可视化原型系统,对上述理论进行了验证。

【Abstract】 Recently, people pay more attention to the enviroment monitoring situation. With the increasing importance of enviroment situation, continuously accumulated monitoring data, different departments build different environment visualization system. But reuse can’t be done due to the lack of contact between departments, which will cause repetitive development. Investigation and study of enviroment are done to extract the common component of enviroment visualization system in order to provide solutions of enviroment visualization system.Formalization is used to describe the essence elements of visualization system in order to eliminate ambituity of natural language. The author research on different domains, such as ocean, earthquake and meteorologic, and define the enviroment visualization data storage format, the states and trasction between states using predicate logic. At the same time, ontology for enviroment situation is constructed, which is used to formalize the observation data and delimite ambiguous expression.In the architecture design, this paper adopts a layered architecture model. Various service modules are developed and packaged into different layers, which can not only reduce coupling between modules but also improve the reuse degree of each module.Finally, with the background of Guangxi meteorological visualization project, we implemented a prototype of enviroment situation platform and validate the theory.
