基于WonderWareIAS的综合监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着城市轨道交通的不断发展,轨道交通监控系统也发生了日新月异的变化,监控系统的应用范围及自动化程度越来越广。然而,目前的监控系统多是针对某具体系统或某类型设备进行管理与控制,且各条线路信息不能互通,往往会形成信息“孤岛”,无法对系统运行情况特别是机电设备故障迅速定位分析处理,系统间联动效果较差,线路之间调动困难。综合监控系统(ISCS,Integrated Supervisory Control System)正是应轨道交通管理中共用设备、共享信息和统一管理这一需求而产生的一种解决方案。综合监控系统通过控制中心将各个车站机电相关子系统有机地结合起来,通过集成和互联各个子系统实现信息和资源的充分共享,增强管理决策和信息服务的能力。针对综合监控系统监控对象的复杂性和多样性,从数据流和控制流角度出发,提出两级管理三级控制的思想,并设计系统的三层体系架构,即综合决策层、车站决策层和现场控制层。在对组成系统的环境与设备监控系统、电力监控系统、火灾自动报警系统等进行了深入的研究后,具体分析了系统的需求包括所有需要监控的点数、设备状态、系统接口设计、联动控制、以及响应时间等,订制了用户权限的访问控制策略,对系统数据库以及安全性进行了重点的分析和设计。在WonderWare公司的WonderWareIAS平台下,设计出InSQL Server中的数据库结构,满足了业主对综合监控系统的信息共享、决策支持和实时响应的需求,实现运营高效化、决策快速化、服务公众化、信息网络化。从整体上发挥出更大的作用,实现城市轨道交通系统的最佳运行,提高了轨道交通的运营效率。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of urban mass transit, urban mass transit monitoring system has also undergone great changes for the more and more widely used scope and more and more highly degree of automation. However, there are many of the monitoring system which are just for one specific system or a particular type of equipment management and control at present, and there is no communication informations between lines,which often forms the separate information“islands”,and can not locate analyse and process the system run on information especially of the electrical devices fault situation ,the linkage effects of the system is not satisfied,and the transfer between lines is difficult.ISCS standes for Integrated Supervisory Control System, is a proposed solutions for the requestion of shared equipment and information and unified management of Urban mass transit. ISCS combines electrical related subsystems of every station through the control center, achieve the full share by various integrated and Interconnect sub-systems , enhance management decision-making and information serving ablility.For the complexity and diversity of the monitored object, we proceed from the point of data-flow and control-flow view, put forward two management levels and three control levels, and design the three-levels architecture, namely, integrated decision-making layer, station decision-making layer and field control layer.Carry out a in-depth study of system components such as BAS、SCADA、FAS and so on, make a exhaustive analysis of system demands includes: all monitored points、devices status、interface design、linkage effects between sub-systems and response time, give out the user access permissions control strategy, carry out a detailed analysis and design of the database and the security of system on this. On WonderWareIAS companys’platform ,we choose the InSQL Server database structure, make it out to meet the owners’real requirements of information sharing、decision support、response timely and so on to get operational efficiency, rapid decision-making, public service, networking information. ISCS plays a greater role in the whole and try to makes urban mass transit system achieve the best running.
