网络粉丝群体的传播特点及其心理分析

【摘要】 伴随着选秀节目的争相热播,在诞生平民偶像的同时,粉丝群体借助网络的优势成为网络群体的一个重要组成部分。本文采用个案调查分析法和深入访谈法,以及实证测量的社会计量法,主要从传播模式的角度分析了网络粉丝群体的传播特点以及从网络粉丝群体的静态和动态视角分析该“网上群体”的内部人际关系状况和运行过程的心理特征。通过与传统群体传播模式的比较,本文结合网络粉丝贴吧的传播结构,总结了网络粉丝群体对传统意义上的群体传播模式因素的改造。这些改造包括成员构成、传播内容以及传播效果的改造。本文采用了美国心理学家莫雷诺的人际关系的社会计量法,以“网下群体”——班级QQ群为参照比较,实证测量出网络粉丝群体的人际关系状况。该类网络群体的人际关系呈现低隔层化,即成员之间的排斥关系不明显,群体成员地位平等化,群体结构没有较大的隔层,整体相容程度较高。同时,作者从网络粉丝群体的创建、群体领袖的产生、群体规范的形成、群体决策的执行和群体内聚力的影响,这五个方面分析研究了有关网络粉丝群体的心理活动。结合网络粉丝群体的传播特点和心理分析,本文试图总结了网络粉丝群体的传播心理特征。这种网上群体在心理上追求平等,对于外来成员和群体单位具有开放的心态,在一定时间段内有着较高情绪的凝聚力,并且活动自主性极高,但是这种群体凝聚力因为网络特性和网络规范的不完善导致了成员持续性低的网络性格,容易产生群体凝聚力不稳定的网络现象。

【Abstract】 Following with the hot TV show about selecting civil idols, at the same time of these idols born, fans group is playing the important role in the network groups with the help of the internet. By means of case analysis, interviews with the leader of Internet fans group and empirical measurement, the thesis analyzes the features of internet fans group’s communication and conditions in its’ interpersonal relations and the psychological characteristics.Comparing with the traditional model of group communication and on the basis of communication construction in the internet fans group, the thesis summarizes its reforms to the element of the traditional model of group communication. These reforms consist of three aspects:member forms, communicated content and communication effect.The auther adopts the social measurement of American psychological expert J.L.Moren used to measure the interpersonal relations and compares with the QQ group.The thesis differentiates the conditions in internet fans group’s interpersonal relations.This group’s interpersonal relation appears in following the characters:lower isolation among members, members almost in the same level and group members mixing closer. Meanwhile, the auther analyzes the psychological characteristics of these internet fans groups from five aspects: founding of fans groups on the internet, group leaders, formation of group norms, group decision-making and the effect of group cohesion.Combining the communication features and psychological characteristics of internet fans group, the thesis sums up the psychological characteristics in internet fans group communication. Firstly, the group pursues the fair, own the open psychology to the other fans and groups. Secondly, the fans group will have intense group cohesion in the some time, while this spirit cannot last long because of the internet’s inferior position and incomplete conformity.
