【摘要】 目的研究高血压病对老年人平衡能力的影响。方法对156例55岁以上中老年受试者按照血压高低分为3组,血压正常组62例,轻度高血压组(收缩压140mmhg-180mmhg)67例,高度高血压组(收缩压>180mmhg )27例,然后再将每组按年龄分为3组,正常组55-64岁23例,65-74岁21例,大于75岁18例;轻度高血压组55-64岁19例,65-74岁28例,75岁以上20例;高度高血压组55-64岁8例,65-74岁11例,75岁以上8例。利用平衡测试仪对每位受试者进行平衡性检测,得出各项平衡参数(左右偏移,轨迹长,矩形面积,外周面积,单位面积轨迹长及重心轨迹图),根据统计分析得出平衡功能与老年人年龄以及血压之间的关系。结果正常组老人55-64岁,65-74岁,>75岁各组间左右偏移比较无显著性差异(p>0.05),但轨迹长(Ing),矩形面积(r-area),外周面积(area)及单位面积轨迹长(Ing/area)比较有统计学差异(p<0.05),轨迹图大部分成球形.各组轻微高血压患者与同年龄组正常老人之间平衡数据比较无统计学差异,但高度高血压组各组与同年龄组正常老人之间平衡数据比较除左右偏移无显著差异外,其余数据均有统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论随着年龄增加,老年人平衡能力下降,长期高血压会导致平衡能力下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the balance of the Hypertension elderly.Methods:156 patients over the age of 55 were divided into three groups according to high or low blood pressure, Group of 62 patients with normal blood pressure, Group of 67 patients with the blood pressure 140mmhg-180mmhg. Group of 27 patients with the blood pressure over 180mmhg. Then each group divided into 3 groups according to age. In normal group, 23 cases aged from 55-64 , 21cases aged from 65-74, 18 cases over the age of 75; In mild hypertension group(with the blood pressure 140mmhg-180mmhg), 19 cases aged from 55-64, 28 cases aged from 65-74, 20 cases aged over 75; 8 cases aged from 55-64, 11 cases aged from 65-74 and 8 cases aged over 75 in the group with the blood pressure over 180mmhg. Whose balance function were measured by Balance Tester to get equilibrium parameter(1eft and right excursion,lng,envarea,r-area,Ing/area and posturograph). The relationship between equilibrium functions and blood pressure,age were analyzed.Results:There were no significant difference in1eft and right excursion in normal group(55-64 years, 65-74 years , >75 years )(p>0.05),but there were significant difference in Ing,r-area,area,and Ing/area in normal group(p<0.05),Posturography was mostly core.Compared with normal group, there were no significant difference in the group of mild hypertension, but there were significant difference in the group of high hypertension except 1eft and right excursion(p<0.05).Posturography was between core and diffused.Conclusion:Equilibrium function of normal old people aged over 55 years were decreased with the development of age, The long-term high blood pressure will lead to a reduced ability to balance.更多还原
