【摘要】 我国现代意义上的建筑遗产保护事业起步较国外晚,而关于建筑遗产保护理论方面的研究相对于实践明显不足。本文着眼于对遗产保护中“保护”理念的发展、遗产的“价值评估”及“真实性”原则这三个建筑遗产保护相关概念进行溯源,并通过对《威尼斯宪章》及《奈良文件》等相关文件与《中华人民共和国文物保护法》、《中国文物古迹保护准则》等法规条文的深入解读,以研究发展时代为顺序,对这些相关概念的实际指导方法进行讨论。并籍此提出应提高前期研究工作,以及价值评估在我国建筑遗产保护过程中的比重。同时,文章就建筑遗产的评估标准、及管理机制等诸多问题提出了探索性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comparing with the foreign, the development of the architectural heritage conservation in our country is late, while the researching about the theorys of the architectural heritage conservation is insufficient.The paper traces to the source of the relevant concepts about architectural heritage conservation, value assessment and authenticity. Though the learning of The Venice Charter, the The Nara Document on Authenticity, the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Protection of Cultural Relics, Principles for the Conservation of Heritage Sites in China and related documents and researching the order of the tendencies of the times,the paper takes a discussion on the topic mentioned above. Furthermore, The paper propose increasing proportion of the value assessment and the research in the current architectural heritage conservation, and it makes advanced suggestion about some problems such as the evaluation criteria and the management mechanisms.更多还原
