新型自升式平台上下分体结构海上安装研究

【摘要】 当代全球海洋油气资源的勘探与开发事业将逐步向深水发展,为应对这一全球化发展趋势,国家已经将深水石油的勘探与开发列入了国家中长期科技发展规划以及国家863高科技发展规划当中。胜利石油管理局钻井工艺研究院结合自升式平台、坐底式平台、半潜式平台的技术特点,发明了一种分体自升式平台结构形式,用于延伸自升式平台的作业水深。本文将结合前人设计的分体结构形式对海上施工过程中上下分体对接时遇到的技术问题进行研究,以实现此结构形式的安全性与可行性。本文结合由DNV研究开发的船舶与海洋结构物水动力分析系统SESAM,建立在较为良好的海况条件下的水动力分析模型,对结构进行基于势流理论的三维线性频域与非线性时域计算,并深入研究在海洋环境作用下的上下分体之间缆索的力与位移响应以及下分体压载系统配置,研究目的使缆索的受力状态在合理范围,并且要求下分体结构能够实现平稳提升。通过对比下分体结构基于不同压载配置方案的计算结果,设计了对接系统缆索的材料属性和截面尺寸,确定了下分体在提升前的压载水配置方案。研究结果给出了确定此过程的计算思路,同时也证明了新型自升式平台上下分体结构方案的可行性,对我国海洋石油的深水开发具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The exploration and development of contemporary global offshore oil and gas resources will gradually keep forward to the deep water. In response to this globalization trend, it has been included in the development plan of national long-term technology. Research Institute of Shengli Petroleum Administration drilling technology invented a split form of jack-up platform for extending the operating depth of the jack-up platform, which combined the technical characteristics of jack-up platform, bottom platform and semi-submersible platform. The thesis will use the previous design of the structure to study the technical problems encountered in docking studies in order to achieve the safety and feasibility.In this paper, the author will establish hydrodynamic model using the SASAM system. The three-dimensional linear analysis in frequency domain and non-linear analysis in time domain will be performed based on potential flow theory. It will study the force and displacement response of the cable between the upper and lower split as well as the ballast system configuration. The purpose of this research is to make the cable in a reasonable range of stress conditions and require the lower structure to achieve a smooth lift.By comparing the results in different ballast water configurations, the thesis has designed the material properties and cross-section of the cable, determined the ballast water configuration before lifting. The result not only give the method for determining the calculation process, but also prove the feasibility of new self-elevating platform, which is of great significance to the exploitation of ocean oil in the South China Sea.
