重力坝三维设计平台下实体地质创建与智能开挖模块开发

【摘要】 三维设计能够为水利水电行业带来巨大技术进步,把设计推上一个新的高度。而基于CAD/CAE集成化分析技术的三维设计理念实现了设计过程与校核过程之间的全数据共享与统一。当前水利水电行业中的三维设计研究已经逐步开展,对于三维地质方面也进行了很多的研究,但是大多并没有涉及到CAD/CAE集成化分析理论。本文在前人研究的基础上,以本实验室自主开发的重力坝三维设计平台为工作基础,研究并开发了基于CAD/CAE集成化分析的实体地质建模模块和以实体地质模型为基础的智能开挖设计模块。(1)探讨了建立实体地质模型在水利水电行业CAD/CAE集成化三维设计平台中的意义及必要性,并以Autodesk公司CIVIL3D系列产品为工作平台,选取vb为开发语言开发了“重力坝三维设计平台”下的实体地质建模模块。通过中间处理平台和地质信息数据库实现了CAD软件与CAE软件间的模型与信息共享。(2)寻找了一种三维的开挖设计方法,并以实体地质模型为基础,开发了智能开挖设计模块,使用户能够在一个三维的设计环境中确定开挖方案,实现了将开挖方案实时转化为三维开挖模型,并迅速的统计工程量,进而实现多开挖方案的优化比选。本文中所开发的系统模块是基于CAD/CAE集成化技术的三维设计应用于水利水电行业的很好的一次尝试,经验证,有较高的实用价值。

【Abstract】 3D-design will bring about tremendous technical progress for the hydropower project,and it will also push the design mode onto an unprecedented level. The 3D-designidea based on CAD / CAE integrated analysis concept realizes the full data sharingand unification between design process and check process. 3D-design research ofhydropower project has been carried out step by step currently, and the 3D geologicalresearch also has been developed a lot, but most were not related to the CAD / CAEintegration analysis theory. Taking the Gravity Dam 3D-Design Platform as workfoundation, the entity geological modeling module based on CAD / CAE integratedanalysis and Smart excavation design module based on the entity geological modelwas studied and developed based on previous achievement in this paper.(1) The significance and necessity of building entity geological model in CAD /CAE integrated 3D design platform of hydropower project was explored. TakingAutodesk company’s products CIVIL3D as working platform, VB was used asdeveloped language for the development of entity geological modeling module underthe "Gravity Dam 3D-design Platform ". The information and models sharing betweenthe CAD and CAE software was realized through the intermediate processingplatform and geological information database.(2)A 3D-design method of excavation was found, and the intelligent excavationdesign module based on the entity geological module was developed which allowedusers to design in a 3D environment and determine excavation program, real-timetransforming the excavation programs into 3D excavation model and the quickstatistic of quantities was realized, and then the optimization between multiplyexcavation programs was taken.It was a very good attempt to apply the system developed in this paper whichbased on CAD / CAE integrated three-dimensional design technology intohydropower engineering project, and it indicated that there was high practical value.
