电磁感应测井径向探测深度的理论研究

【摘要】 电磁感应测井是一种重要的测井方法,其通过测量地层的电阻率,来评价油气层的储量。低频感应测井利用感应电动势探测地层的电阻率,而高频感应测井提出了只测量相位差而非感应电动势来测量地层电阻率。目前,电磁感应测井已在油田勘探和开发中取得了广泛的应用。在钻井过程中,井眼泥浆侵入原始地层,必然破坏原始地层结构,改变地层的电性,导致无法识别油气层。为了能够准确探测到地层电阻率,必然对仪器的径向探测深度有一个要求。径向探测深度是评价测井系统优劣的主要指标之一。因此,研究电磁感应测井的径向探测特性显得十分必要。本文借鉴声波测井中实轴积分法的优点,采用柱状分层模型,研究井眼内电磁场的分布情况。分别计算了井眼-地层二层、井眼-侵入带-地层三层模型接收线圈处电磁场的严格解,讨论了低频、高频感应测井的井眼影响探测特性,以及侵入带对电磁场的影响,并分析了径向探测深度的影响因素,从而为仪器的设计和信号的校正提供了强有力的理论支持。最后,简单介绍了高频等参数测井仪的基本尺寸和原理,讨论分析了各种条件下,高频等参数测井仪器的5条探测曲线的径向探测特性。该仪器能够消除井眼的影响,具有较好的径向探测深度,能够准确的探测到地层的电阻率。

【Abstract】 Electromagnetic induction logging is an important well logging way. It is used to evaluate the hydrocarbon reserves through detecting the resistivity of the stratum. Low-frequency induction logging is the method of using electromotive force to detecting the resistivity, but high-frequency induction logging is the method of using phase difference rather than electromotive force to detecting the resistivity. At present, there has been a wide range of applications in the oil field exploration and development.During drilling, the borehole mud invasion destroys the original formation and affects the electrical property of the reservoir. Therefore, the hydrocarbon reserves can not be found exactly. In order to detect the resistivity, the radial investigation depth could meet the requirements. In well logging, radial investigation depth is one of the criterions for apparatus application. So the performance of radial direction of the induction logging is discussed in this paper.In this paper, spatial distribution of electromagnetic field is researched with the well that is surrounded by the cylindrical multi-layer media. The electromagnetic field equation is solved with the real axis integration method. After the simulation of the well surrounded by two and three stratums, the borehole and mud invasion affections are analyzed in low-frequency and high-frequency induction logging. At last, radial investigation depth of induction logging is researched, and it is a great help for the induction logging tool design and the design signal correction.Finally, the design of VIKIZ is simply described. Its radical investigation characteristics are analyzed. It is proved that the borehole affection does not exist and the highly radical resolution of the VIKIZ can calculate accurately the resistivity of formation.
