主动式激光光幕测速系统的研究

【摘要】 在现代化的生产和科学研究中,高速飞行物体的初速度测量技术对现代化的发展有着重要的推动作用。该技术的发展对高速飞行物体的运动性能,飞行轨迹以及飞行姿态的研究都有着重要的现实意义。本文利用主动式激光标记技术,开发出双光幕精密测速系统,实现了高速飞行物体初速度的测量。针对测量时周围环境产生的噪声,本系统利用高灵敏度多级滤波调理电路成功提取出信号的边沿,优化了测量方案,保证了测量的高精度。本系统不仅有效提高了测量精度,同时设计简洁,调节方便,体积小巧,适合于野外测量。本文主要完成了以下几个方面的工作。1、提出了主动式光幕精密测速系统的整体方案,并对主动式光幕精密测速系统精度进行了理论分析。2、完成了主动式光幕精密测速系统机械部分的设计,主要包括激光器、探测器以及镜头的固定架、外壳等,并完成了加工和装调。3、完成了标定方案的设计,完成了标杆的设计与加工及准直激光器和激光测距机的装调。4、完成了反射式光幕精密测速系统前级信号采集电路、放大电路、滤波电路的设计,并完成了相关的实验,取得了理想的信号。5、完成了系统多项参数的验证实验和结果的数据分析,所有指标达到设计要求。

【Abstract】 In the modernization of production and scientific research, the technology of the precise velocity measurement to high-speed flying objects provides an effective support to the development of modernization. The progress of this technology is important to the research of movement capability, flight posture, flight-path of high-speed flying objects.In this paper, we use the technology of active mark with laser, develop a dual-light screen velocity measurement system, realized the velocity measurement of high-speed flying objects. Considering the noise of the environment around, the system develop a multistage filtering circuit to process the light signal and noise, so the system can extract the edge of the light signal. It optimizes the plan of velocity measurement and guarantees the precision of the velocity measurement. Meanwhile, the design is concise, and it’s convenient to regulate. The volume of the system is small and exquisite, so it’s fit for measurement outdoors.In this thesis, the main contents include:1. Designed the overall program of active light-screen precision velocity measuring system and analyzed the accuracy of the system.2. Completed the mechanical layout of active light-screen precision velocity measuring system, which includes holders of laser and detector and camera.3. Completed the design of calibrate the screen. Completed the design of surveyor’s pole and the holder of laser ranging.4. Completed the design of signal acquisition circuit, amplifying circuit, filter circuit, and took many experiments to test the system and got some desired result.5. Completed some experiments to check the parameter of the signal processing circuit, and did some analysis to the result. And the system has reached all the requirements.
