可代替混凝土支模用木材的仿木材料研究

【摘要】 利用硫氧镁质胶凝材料及木屑、竹片等,制作可代替混凝土支模用木材的仿木材料,这种仿木材料具有不易燃烧,不易变形、不返卤、可锯可钉、质量较轻、耐火性能好、环保等优点,特别要求对金属无锈蚀作用。在常温条件下对制作仿木材料所需要的硫氧镁胶凝材料进行配比试验研究。为了提高胶凝材料的各项性能指标,在基准配比的基础上分别掺入了多种不同的外加剂,从中筛选出了能对强度显著提高的外加剂柠檬酸、柠檬酸三钠、蔗糖,通过对外加剂掺量的优化试验,确定了硫氧镁胶凝材料的配比。进一步降低了胶凝材料的生产成本。为提高仿木材料的耐水性,还进行了无机填充料(粉煤灰和矿渣)实验,经综合评定,掺入粉煤灰的效果较好。制作了仿木模板试件,为了增加仿木模板的静曲强度,制作仿木模板试件时,在模板的上、下表面各镶嵌一层竹片或玻璃纤维网格布,通过检测试件的各项物理性能指标,得出加入竹片的试件静曲强度相对较高, 7天最大静曲强度值为16.6MPa,达到项目设计强度值的55%,同时还对仿木模板的密度、吸水率、握钉力等性能进行了检测,性能基本上满足了混凝土模板规范的要求。通过实际实验研究结果可推测,仿木材料必将会成为一种可持续发展的新型环保建筑材料。

【Abstract】 Artificial wood made from magnesium sulfate gelled material , bits of wood and bamboo chips, taking place of concrete, is characterized by the properties of hardly burning and deformation, halogenide-resistance,nailableness,being saw, low density, high refractoriness and environmental protection, especially not rusting the metal.A study of proportioning test of woodgrain stuff made of the gluey material,which is made by sulphur,oxygen,magnesium should be done in the condition of ordinary temperature. In order to improve all the properties specified for the gluey material, many kinds of additive agents are added into the woodgrain stuff on the foundation of starting point. Preparation by screening the heighten additive agents is citric acid, trisodium citrate, saccharobiose, then after the optimization experiments of additive agents are conducted, the proportioning of the sulphur,oxygen,magnesium gluey material is determined. In order to increase the strength of gluey material, decrease production costs, reduce fissile, impove water resistance of woodgrain stuff, flyash and mineral waste residue used for packing and stuffing are experimentize. It is reveal that the effect of flyash’s is the best stuff in the woodgrain stuff.A mold for the setting of concrete has been use to measure the static bending strength of the woodgrain mold,when we make the test specimen of woodgrain mold and inlay two pieces of bamboo chips or fiberglass meshon on upper and below. Overpass the physical property quota of test research specimen, that the bamboo chip one`s static bending strength is much higher is obtained, and the maximum of strength of 7d is 16.6MPa, reaching 55% in item design of strength value. at the same time the density, water absorption, nail-holding ability are all in accordance with thenational standardsAll in all, woodgrain stuff must be turn into a sustainable development material and new energy saving environmental protection functional construction material, and will have an great effect on construction industry .
