【摘要】 随着高校后勤社会化改革的深入和学分制的实施,大学生宿舍日益成为大学生日常生活与学习的重要场所,也逐渐成为高校学生工作的中心。营造宿舍良好的德育环境,充分发挥大学生宿舍文化的育人作用,已经成为高校思想政治工作者和学术理论者研究的一个新课题。对大学生宿舍文化建设课题的研究,在理论上可以拓展大学生思想政治教育和校园文化研究的内容,促进大学生思想政治教育载体、德育环境理论的研究,从而在一定程度上丰富校园文化理论和大学生思想政治教育理论。从实际工作上讲,大学生宿舍文化研究可以为大学生宿舍文化建设提供具体的对策与措施,有利于进一步推进思想政治教育进学生宿舍,加强大学生思想政治教育的新阵地建设。本文从大学生思想政治教育的视角,以优化高校德育环境,加强阵地建设,运用有效的思想政治教育载体为出发点,对大学生宿舍文化建设进行了初步的研究。首先,论文对大学生宿舍文化进行了概述,阐明了大学生宿舍文化的内涵、特征和功能,论述了大学生宿舍文化与大学生思想政治教育之间的关系。其次,论文在导师主持的课题组调研的基础上,对当前大学生宿舍文化建设的现状进行了详细的分析,指出了大学生宿舍文化建设取得的成绩和存在的问题并剖析了其原因。最后,论文针对大学生宿舍文化建设中存在的实际问题,在参考其他学者研究成果的基础上,从基础设施建设、管理与制度建设、服务平台建设、宿舍安全保卫、宿舍精神文明建设、宿舍文化活动开展、宿舍网络文化建设和学生主体作用发挥等八个方面提出了一些合理化、可行性的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of socializing reform of rear services in colleges and universities and the implementation of credit system, the college students’dormitory has becoming a more and more important place in their study and dialy lives and the college Students’dormitory park is also gradually becoming the center of the student work in universities and colleges. Building good moral environment in the college Students’dormitory park and giving full play to the dorm culture which is to cultivate students’personalities have become a new research task for the ideological and political workers of colleges and universities and academic theorists. Theoretically, the study of the dorm culture construction of the college students can further develope the college ideological education and the research content of campus culture. It can also promote the researches which are based on the carrier for the ideological and political education of college students and the theory of moral education circumstances. Thus, it will, to some extent, enriches the theories of campus culture and the ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning. Moreover, in practical work, the research of the dorm culture can provide concrete countermeasures for the dorm culture construction of the college students, which can further bring the ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning to the college students’dormitory and strengthen the construction of the new ideological front of political and ideological education of college and university students. This thesis makes some tentative research and preliminary analysis on the dorm culture construction of the college students to optimize the moral environment, strengthen the construction of the front of political and ideological education of college and university students by using the effective carrier system.Chapter one gives a general overview of the dorm culture of the college students, clarifies the meaning, features and functions of the dorm culture of the college students and discusses the relationship between the dorm culture and the ideological and political education of college students.Chapter two carries out a detailed analysis of the current situation of the construction of the dorm culture of the modern college students on the basis of the investigation and survey made by the project group led by my supervisor. It also points out the problems and dissects the causes existing in the construction of the dorm culture of the college students.To the practical problems in the construction of the dorm culture of the college students, the chapter three puts forward some reasonable and feasible countermeasures on the basis of the research findings of other scholars, from various aspects of dorm culture, such as infrastructure, management, service, security, moral and civic education, cultural activities, cyberculture, student’s subject function and so on..更多还原
