【摘要】 本文在广泛阅读文献和调研的基础上,重点对100t大型电动平车的设计进行了介绍,使用SolidWorks对平车的车体结构进行了受力分析,并使用正交试验设计与有限元分析相结合方法对车体结构进行了优化设计。论文主要工作如下:1.根据赛瑞公司460项目要求,设计并研制成功了新型100t大型电动平车。介绍了该平车的性能参数、工作原理及主要结构,特别重点介绍了大型电动平车研制中获得专利的导电装置、绝缘系统以及创新性设计的制动系统。2.使用SolidWorks中的COSMOSXpress功能,对100t大型电动平车的车体结构进行应力分析,得到对等的应力图解及位移分布,为大型电动平车车体结构设计与优化提供了依据。3.对车体结构进行了正交试验设计分析,通过分析试验结果,得出车体结构设计的优水平、优组合以及各因素对车体结构设计影响的大小,为进一步进行车体结构优化设计提供了理论依据。本文研制的新型100t大型电动平车已在生产中实际使用,使用3年以来,运行情况良好,没有出现故障,表明新型100t大型电动平车设计合理,特别是独特设计的导电装置和绝缘系统工作有效、可靠。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, on the basis of extensive reading literature and research, the design and development of 100t large-scale electric flat car is introduced, and by using SolidWorks, the stress and deformation of the flat car body structure are analysed, and with the orthogonal experimental design and finite element analysis combined method, the flat car body structure is optimized.The main works in this thesis are as follows:1. According to Seri company’s 460 projects’s requirements, researched and developed a new type of 100t large-scale electric flat car. Introduces the performance parameters, working principle and main structure of the flat car, especially introduces the conductive devices, insulation systems of the large-scale electric flat car which has patented and introduces innovative design of the braking system.2. Use COSMOSXpress function of SolidWorks, do force analysis with the 100t large-scale electric flat car’s body structure, acquire equal distribution of stress and displacement diagrams which provides the basis for design and optimize the large-scale electric flat car body structure.3. Conducted on the body structure of the orthogonal experimental design, by analyzing the test results, obtained excellent level, excellent mix of body structure design, and the extent of various factors affect the body structural design, provides theoretical basis to further optimize the body structure.This new 100t large-scale electric flat car actually used in the production, using for 3 years, performed well, there is no failure, showed that new 100t large-scale electric flat car’s design is reasonable, especially the unique design of conductive devices and insulation systems work effectively and reliably.
