太阳能采暖系统控制器的研发

【摘要】 太阳能采暖技术的应用已相对比较成熟,但是太阳能采暖的效果如何,不仅取决于太阳能系统管路的设计,而且还与控制系统的好坏紧密相关。太阳能采暖系统分为太阳能采集、储存、以及利用三个主要环节,如果这些环节完全靠维护人员来进行,势必增加其工作量,且效果并非十分理想。单片机的快速发展使其被广泛应用于工业控制,家用电器等众多领域,利用单片机实现对太阳能采暖系统的控制是十分可行的。因此本文主要将单片机技术与太阳能采暖系统相结合,自行设计一款太阳能采暖控制器,以使系统各环节均可处于最优化运行状态。太阳能采暖系统的主要问题是太阳能供给的非连续性,夜间集热器的冻结问题以及太阳能热量的储存与应用。结合这些主要特点,制定相应的控制策略,最终将其用单片机实现。在控制器的开发过程中,首先根据控制策略进行各种芯片的选型,主要包括单片机,模数转换器,时钟芯片等,在芯片确定的前提下,绘制电路原理图并制成电路板,最终编写程序实现各主要功能。本控制器具有以下几个主要功能模块:时钟模块,显示模块,通讯模块,模数转换模块,按键模块等。控制器开发完成,将其应用于实际工程中,以便通过实践检测其使用效果。为了日后分析控制器的实际使用效果,在控制器运行过程中,现场还放有一台PC机,以便将控制器采集的数据储存起来。总体来说,通过实际检测,控制器在运行过程中是非常安全可靠的,并且节约了一定的能源,同时,控制器还设计有无线通讯功能,技术较新颖。此控制器便于系列化生产,投入使用后必定会带来一些社会价值。

【Abstract】 Solar heating technology is mature, but the effectiveness of solar heating system not only depends on the design of the pipeline, but also depends on the control system. Solar heating system includes three sectors: the collecting, the saving and the using of solar energy. If all these three sectors are done by the maintenance, then the work is large and the results may not be good. The microcomputer is very popular and now is widely used in industrial control and other fields. It is also feasible to control the solar heating system using microcomputer. So this article combines the microcomputer with solar heating system, and then designs a solar heating controller in order to make the heating system perform well.The main problem of solar heating system is the non-continuous supply of solar energy, freezing issues and the application of solar energy. According to this features, this article make a control strategy and then realize it by microcomputer. In the process of study, I choose the chip first and then draw circuit schematics, finally attain all function by programming. The controller has the following main modules: the clock module, display module, communication module, ADC module, key module. After finishing the controller, we use it in a project to test it. In the process of testing, we use a PC to collect the data for analysis.Through actual testing, the controller performs very safe and reliable. Through the analysis of data, the use of controller can save some energy. The controller is also designed with wireless communications, an innovative technology. This controller is easy to be produced serially and it will bring some social value.
