大学生自我和谐与生命意义的相关研究

【摘要】 大学生正处于青年中期,处在迅速走向成熟而又未真正完全成熟的阶段,如何引导大学生正确认识自我,正确认识生命的本质、追寻生命的意义与价值,对大学生走向社会,坦然面对各种挫折和压力,拥有一个健康的人生,具有重要的现实意义。本研究在综合国内外已有研究的基础上,对自我和谐的概念进行了界定,并针对原《自我和谐量表》的不足,对其进行了修订,修订后的《自我和谐量表》内部一致性信度(Cronbach a一致性系数)为0.85,各维度的内部一致性系数在0.72-0.92之间,分半信度为0.86,经检验证实该量表的效度良好。以450名大学生为研究对象,以心理测量与调查为主要研究方法,将修订后的《自我和谐量表》与原《生命意义量表》作为测量工具,对大学生的自我和谐及生命意义状况进行调查,搜集有关数据,运用SPSS软件进行数据处理,分析了大学生自我和谐与生命意义的特点,并对两者的关系进行了探讨,得出结论如下:(1)大学生的自我和谐水平在性别、生源地、独生子女、班干部及贫困生几方面并没有显著的差异,但在专业背景、社团干部及年级方面差异显著。(2)从整体来看,大学生群体中只有少部分人有明确的生活目标与意义。大学生的生命意义状况在性别、专业背景、独生子女、班干部、贫困生以及年级方面并没有显著的差异,但在生源地及社团干部方面差异显著。(3)大学生的自我和谐与生命意义之间的相关显著,自我和谐是影响生命意义的因素之一,其中自我与经验的不一致及自我灵活性对生命意义有一定的预测作用。由此,提出了健全心理健康教育机制,培养大学生自我和谐的人格,以及开设生命意义教育课程等建议。

【Abstract】 University students of youth medium develop quickly, but not enough mature. It helps them calmly face pressure and have a healthy life about how to guide university students to properly understand themselves, the significance of life and pursue the meaning and value of life. Based on overviews of former researchers, this study defines the self consistency and congruence. In view of the shortage of Self Consistency and Congruence Scale, this study revised it. The homogeneity reliability of the revised Self Consistency and Congruence Scale was 0.85, the homogeneity reliability of each dimensions was between 0.72-0.92, the half reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.86. The validity of the questionnaire was good. The research takes 450 university students as study objects, psychology measure and investigation as main method, revised Self Consistency and Congruence Scale and Purpose in Life Test as measure tools. It collects the data about the students’basic circumstances, self consistency and congruence and life meaning, with the help of SPSS software, construes the characteristic of them, analyses the relation between self consistency and congruence and life meaning of university students. The results of this study are the follows:(1) The self consistency and congruence level of university students has no notable difference on sex, region, singleton, class cadre and needy ones, but it is not on professional background, community cadre and grade.(2) Generally speaking, a small number of university students have clear purpose and meaning of life. The life meaning level of different sex, professional background, singleton, class cadre, needy ones and grade is not remarkable. Different regions and community cadres are in remarkable difference.(3) The relation between self consistency and congruence and life meaning is remarkable. The self consistency and congruence is the factor to influence life meaning. The disharmony of self and experience and self flexibility have notable regression effect on life meaning.Based on the preceding findings, the research proposes to strengthen university students’mental education, train self consistency and congruence personality and implement life meaning education and so on.
