研究型大学重大科研项目团队有效性研究

【摘要】 研究型大学承担着培养高层次人才、研究开发重大科技项目的双重任务,在国家中长期科技发展规划的战略实施过程中,在国家创新体系中都具有非常重要的学术地位。研究型大学所承担的重大科技项目的研发及其成就,又往往代表着国家层面的前端科技进步的成就水平,对国家科技发展具有重要战略意义。本文研究的对象,是研究型大学承担重大科研项目的科研团队(以下可简称科研团队),着眼点是科研团队的有效性。只有团队成员在具有充分工作动力、充分协作关系、充分信赖关系下,才能带来团队整体的有效工作。也就是说,只有团队实现了有效的、顺畅的、持续的运行,才能保障全面实现科研项目的目标。就目前讲,社会层面已存在关于团队的有效性因素及其一般分析,但研究的角度与深度尚不够充分。而就研究型大学关于科研团队有效性的现实研究,也尚未见到专门著述或详论。这是本文研究的基本必要性。本文研究与延展论述的理论依据是管理学中“组织行为理论”的有关观点,和国内外学者有关团队有效性的基本表述以及模型。在此基础上阐述了自己的观点与视角,提出了自己的研究分析内容和体系。本文提出并分析了科研团队的特征,科研团队有效性的关键变量。提出了“团队领导力、团队学科构成及优质人才、团队激励、团队奖励、应对危机和冲突”等主要影响团队有效性的因素,并展开了逐项分析,建立了相关模型。文中还结合研究型大学科研团队的部分实例特征,进行了比较分析。本文的研究目的,是期望在研究型大学的层面上,经过更多学者、更多学人的广泛研究和丰富内容,将来能够归纳提炼成一部类似于《研究型大学科研团队有效性评估规范》的指导文本,以期对研究型大学科研团队的建设与运行提供规范性的指导和评估,进而对全面实现重大科研项目的目标起到更加全面有力的保障。

【Abstract】 Universities undertake training high-level talents, research and development of major scientific and technological projects in the dual task, development of science and technology of national long-term strategic plan implementation of national innovation system, in which important academic status. Research university of science and technology projects and major research achievement, and often represent the national front technological progress level of achievement of national science and technology development, and has important strategic significance.This is the object of study, research university major research projects for the scientific research team (hereinafter referred to as research team), can be mainly research team effectiveness. Team members with full only workforce, fully cooperation relations, the trust relationship can be brought under effective work of the whole team. That is to say, only team to achieve the effective, smooth and continuous operation, to ensure full realization of scientific research project goals. Currently, the social aspects about the effectiveness of a team have its general factors, but the research Angle and depth is inadequate. Just about scientific research team of university of validity research, and do not see reality through a special writing or. This is the basic necessity is studied in this paper.This paper studies the theoretical basis and extension of "organizational behavior is management theory", and opinions about the effectiveness of the team scholars both at home and abroad and the basic representation model. Based on the perspective, and puts forward itself research contents and system.This paper analyzes the characteristics of scientific research team, the team effectiveness is the key variable. "Team leadership, and high quality talent team disciplines, motivational, team award, deal with crises and conflict" main influence factors, and the effectiveness of the team, the item analysis model is established. The combination of scientific research team of university of research is part of the case.This research objective, is expected in the research university level, more and more scholars to enrich the content and the extensive research and future can be refined into a similar to the research university research team effectiveness evaluation standard of text, in order to guide the research university research team construction and operation instruction and evaluation, the standardization and achieve great goal of scientific research project has more comprehensive and effective safeguard.
