在线检测网络ZigBee数据传输系统的研究

【摘要】 生产现场在线检测设备数据的有线传输是一种传统的方式。如今的检测不再是过去使用简单的测量仪器,而是集测、采、控、算为一体的检测网络,而有线数据传输设备表现出因位置固定而缺乏灵活性以及难以维护等问题。无线技术的发展和应用就可以解决这一问题。ZigBee是一种新近发展起来的适合工业现场的无线技术;是一种近距离、低功耗、低数据传输率、低成本的无线网络技术,属于个域网的一种,其各方面特点均符合工业现场的要求。在对工业生产现场检测设备数据传输要求进行全面系统分析的基础上,本文首先给出了一种检测设备数据无线传输的总体规划;选用高性能无线单片机CC2430为核心芯片,设计并制作了无线通信节点的硬件系统;使用C语言编写了无线单片机下载程序,实现信息的无线传递,并考虑到检测现场存在的主要干扰源,采取相应措施;同时为了实现协调器与主控PC机良好衔接,这里使用可视化程度较高的Visual Basic语言,设计了上位机的软件系统。在工业环境中,对本文研究的检测设备数据无线传输系统进行了测试,实验表明,此系统数据传输准确无误。这个基本数据无线传输单元的成功,为在生产现场构建数量众多的检测设备组成的无线数据传输网络,打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 Wire transmission of date from detection equipment is traditionally used in production field. Now the test is no longer a simple measurement instrument. It is the detection network composed of measurement, acquisition, coercion and calculation. Wired data transmission equipment shows a lack of flexibility due to the fixed location and the difficulty of maintenance problems at this time.The development and application of wireless technology would deal with this problem. ZigBee technology is a new developing wireless technology which fits for industry field. ZigBee is a new wireless network technology and it has the advantages such as short distance, low complexity, low power, low data transfer rate, and low cost, so it is fit for the requirements of industry field.The master plan of the detection equipment data wireless transmission is given in this paper based on the entirely and system analysis of data transmission requirement in industry field, firstly. Then the paper uses high-performance wireless MCU CC2430 ad the core chip. The paper also gives hardware design scheme of communication node. The lower computer program used to realize wireless transmission of information was programmed with C language, and upper computer interface used to achieve the good connection with PC was programmed with Visual Basic language of higher visualization.The detection equipment data wireless transmission system is tested in industry environment, the result shows that the transmission system is perfect. The success of the basic data wireless transmission unit is a contribution to the wireless transmission network formed by a great number of detection equipments.
