某引信测试设备研制

Realization of a Test Equipment for the Fuze

【摘要】 引信是导弹武器系统的关键部件之一,其安全性和可靠性是武器系统完成作战任务的根本保证,也是引信技术不断发展和革新的永恒主题。而引信测试设备是引信产品性能评价的一把钢尺,其测试结果直接反映了引信质量的优劣,其地位在引信的研制和生产过程中显得极为重要。随着科学技术的发展,引信的高精度、高效率和高稳定性的指标对引信测试设备的精度和准确性提出了更加严格的要求,因此设计性能更加优良的引信测试设备是十分必要的。本课题研制的引信测试设备主要由主控计算机、引信测控台、无源导通测试仪、老化试验台和示波器、多用表、功率计等标准仪器组成,共同完成对某型号引信产品的状态检测和工作状态设置,课题研究的关键内容是引信测控台、无源导通测试仪和老化试验台的软硬件设计。本文在对引信测试设备各部件功能要求和技术指标进行详细分析的基础上,提出了引信测控台、无源导通测试仪和老化试验台的软硬件设计方案,并详细介绍了整个测试设备的调试过程和误差分析。整个课题涉及的硬件技术包括422接口通讯、USB接口通讯、DSP+FPGA控制模块以及AD数据采集模块的开发,涉及的软件技术主要包括LabWindows/CVI平台下多线程、VISA库和ODBC技术的使用。调试结果表明,引信测试设备各部分工作稳定,测试结果准确可靠,软件使用方便快捷,各项测试结果均满足设计指标要求,已达到课题研究的预期目标。

【Abstract】 Fuze is one of the key components in the Missile Weapon System. Its security and reliability are the fundamental guarantee for weapons to complete their combat missions. They are also the eternal theme in the development and innovation of Fuze. The fuze test equipments are the ruler of evaluating fuzes’performances, the test results reflect whether the fuze is qualified. So they are very important in the development and production of fuze. Along with the development of science and technology, the fuze is much more precise, efficient and stability. These put forward higher requirements to the fuze test equipments. So it is very necessary to design more excellent test equipments for fuze.The fuze test equipments in the thesis consist of the host computer, the test and control device, the passive conduction test device, the stabilizing test device,and some standard equipments, such as oscilloscope, multimeter and power meter. These devices complete the condition monitoring and work state setting of fuze together. The key study elements in the thesis are the design of the test and control device, the passive conduction test device and the stabilizing test device, including both the hardware design and software design for each part. This dissertation describes the designs of the three devices, also the debug process and the error analysis, after the analyse of the functions and the specifications of each device. The hardware designs referenced in this thesis include the 422 interface communication, the USB interface communication, the control module of DSP+FPGA, and the data acquisition module, the software designs include the use of multithread, VISA and ODBC in LabWindows/CVI.The test results show that, every part of the fuze test equipments works well,the test results are accurate,the softwares are convenient,all test results meet the design requirements. So the study has achieved the required goal.
