土岩结合地层上微型钢管桩—锚杆联合支护的应用研究

【摘要】 青岛市市区大部分地区地质条件相对较好,但对于深基坑而言,地质条件比较复杂,既有能直接开挖的土层,又有需要爆破开挖的岩石层,同时还受地下水对基坑的影响。基坑地质条件自上而下一般分布为杂填土、强风化岩、中等风化岩、微风化岩等,基础大多坐落在岩石上,基坑施工大多为岩土结合类工程,该工程的特点是上部为土层,并伴随有地下水,下部为岩石层。在实际工程中,由于受建筑物离基坑距离近等环境条件限制,无法采用常用的支护结构。微型钢管桩—锚杆联合支护结构是在这些限制条件上发展的一种新型支护结构,它可以在建筑物距离基坑不足1m的区域内安全施工,保证基坑的稳定以及邻近建筑物的安全和正常使用,还可以将基坑的变形控制在很小的范围内。本文依托青岛市某一重点工程,该工程支护方式主要采用微型钢管桩—锚杆支护。本论文在工程实测数据的基础上,对土岩结合地层上的微型钢管桩—锚杆支护进行了分析研究。主要作了如下工作:(1)收集微型钢管桩与锚杆方面的资料,分析并总结前人在这方面做过的理论研究,整理出对工程应用具有指导意义的结论性理论。(2)探讨了青岛地区土岩结合地层上的微型钢管桩的计算,并分析微型钢管桩受力后的弯矩变化曲线,对微型钢管桩的变形和受力机理进行研究。根据工程实际情况,选取两个单元设置微型钢管桩,并采用对称布贴应变片的方法,对微型钢管桩进行应力监测。(3)探讨新型支护结构合理的计算方法,结合实测的微型钢管桩和锚杆数据对工程的安全性进行分析。分析结果表明,在新型支护结构下的锚杆受力变形较小,基坑的水平位移变形也较小,工程的安全性得到提高。

【Abstract】 Geological conditions in most parts of urban areas is relatively good in Qingdao City, It is complicated fou deep foundation, because it has the soil layer excavated directly and the rock layers required blasting, as well as groundwater. Foundation for the geological conditions of the general distribution of top-down miscellaneous fill, weathered rock, medium weathered rock, weathered rock, etc., based mostly located in the rock, mostly rock foundation construction combined with class projects, the characteristics of the project is the upper part of the soil and groundwater associated with the lower layers of rock.In practical engineering, due to the distance from the foundation to building is near, the conditions that can not be used pile. Micro steel pipe pile - Anchor support structure is limited in these conditions support the development of a new type of structure, it can be less than 1m in the building from the foundation of the regional construction safety, to ensure stability of excavation and adjacent buildings normal use, you can also pit the deformation control in a very small range.This article relies on a key project in Qingdao, the main mode of the project by supporting micro-pipe pile - bolting. This thesis project based on the measured data on soil and rock strata on the combination of micro-pipe pile - bolting were analyzed. Made the following main tasks:(1) Collect Micro steel pipe pile and anchor information, analyze and summarize previous research and obtain the finding theory, which is inportant to the practical engineerings.(2) Study the micro-pipe pile in the combination of soil and rock in Qingdao, and analyse of micro-pipe pile bending moment after the curve of steel pipe pile on the micro-deformation and mechanism of the force. In accordance project, select the two units set up Micro steel pipe pile, and the symmetrical distribution of strain gauges affixed method, the stress on the micro-monitoring of steel pipe pile. (3) Analysing the safty of the project, and obtining a new calculation method of the new support, combined with surveys of micro-pipe pile and anchor. the result also show that, the deformation of the anchor with the new support is smaller,and the horizontal displacement of foundation is also smaller.
