基于ARM的混凝土搅拌站自动控制系统的研制

【摘要】 随着我国城市化进程的加快,施工单位对混凝土的需求量急剧增加,同时对其质量也提出了更高的要求。传统的混凝土生产线由于生产设备落后、自动化程度低,严重制约着混凝土的配料精度和生产效率,很难适应竞争日益激烈的商品混凝土市场,越来越多的生产企业开始采用先进的电子称量系统和给料设备不断的提高混凝土的配料精度。因此,研究开发计量准确、稳定可靠、高智能化的新型搅拌站自动控制系统具有非常广阔的需求市场。本文以普遍使用的间歇式商品混凝土搅拌站为研究对象,首先分析了搅拌站的国内外的发展现状,并根据混凝土的生产要求和控制特点,为了保证计量的准确性,确立了以工业计算机为监控上位机,以ARM配料控制器为下位机控制核心的搅拌站总体控制方案。针对传统的混凝土生产线配料精度不高的实际情况,本文采用性价比高的嵌入式微处理器作为配料控制器的核心芯片,按照模块化的设计理念,设计了相应的称重采集和速度控制等外围电路,大大提高了混凝土生产的配料精度。同时通过对智能控制算法以及相关模块的程序设计,实现了给料速度的实时控制。上位机作为监控计算机,安装由北京亚控科技发展有限公司开发的组态王监控软件,主要负责向下位机传送配料方案并接收生产现场的实时数据,实现对混凝土搅拌生产流程的设备状态的实时监控。为满足数据传输的可靠性,控制器和工控主机之间采用传输率高的工业以太网进行通信。利用组态王的WebServer架构,经服务器软件授权的用户还可以通过IE浏览器进行异地远程控制。试验表明,本文设计的基于ARM的混凝土搅拌站自动控制系统与传统的混凝土搅拌站相比,不仅操作方便、稳定可靠,而且控制技术先进、调试方便,进一步提高了预拌混凝土的质量,能够满足道路、桥梁、城市建设等各种不同工程项目对混凝土的要求,同时对于其他类型工业监控系统也有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of urbanization in china, the quantity demand for concrete is increasing sharply. Meanwhile the requirement for the quality of concrete goes higher and higher. Traditional production line for concrete constrains the productive efficiency and the proportioning accuracy of concrete severely because of the out-of-date manufacturing equipments and low-level automation, so it can not accommodate to the competitive market. More and more manufacturing enterprises begin to use advanced electronic weighing systems and feeding equipments to promote the proportioning accuracy. Thus it is of great market demand to develop new accurate, stable and automatic control systems for concrete mixing plant.Taking widely used intermittent concrete mixing station as study object, this paper analyzes the development of batching plant at home and abroad, and then, according to production requirement and control features, the paper identifies the control plan which takes the lower machine ARM batching controller as control center to assure the metering accuracy.Considering the reality that traditional production line for concrete does not have high proportioning accuracy and based on modulization design concept, this paper uses embedded microprocessor unit with high performance price ratio as the central chip of batching controller, and enhances the proportioning accuracy of concrete manufacturing by designing corresponding peripheral circuits for weighing acquisition and velocity control. Meanwhile it achieves intelligent control algorithm and modular program design and realizes real time control of material feeding speed.Upper computer, as supervisory control computer, which is equipped with KINGVIEW supervisory program developed by Beijing Asia Control Technology Development Co., Ltd., is responsible for transmitting ingredients programs to lower computer and receiving real time data, thus realizes real time control of equipment condition in prodution process of concrete. In order to satisfy the credibility of data transmission, transmission rate of Modbus/TCP Industrial Ethernet protocol is used between batching controller and industrial host to achieve data communication. Using KINGVIEW WebServer framework, users who are authorized by server can also realize remote control through IE Browser.According to tests, compared with traditional concrete mixing plant, the automatic control system based on ARM for concrete mixing plant,which is mainly talked about in this paper, is not only easy to operate,stable and reliable,but also advanced in control technology and easy to modify. Therefor it can promote the quality of ready-mixed concrete, which can satisfy requirements for concrete in various engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and urban construction. Besides it also has referential value for other kinds of industrial monitoring systems.
