【摘要】 家庭暴力,特别是针对女性的家庭暴力,是近几年来婚姻家庭生活领域里引起普遍关注的社会问题。当前我国正处于经济和社会的快速转型时期,在社会伦理文化上表现为旧道德标准的过时和新价值观念的萌动,社会意识出现了多样化的趋势。因出现一系列家庭中经济、社会地位的不平等现象,致使针对女性的暴力问题有增无减。构建和谐家庭,是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分之一。加强对社会转型时期家庭问题,尤其是针对近几年日渐突出的家庭暴力问题的研究,是社会主义精神文明建设的必然要求。追求家庭和谐、性别和谐是人类的历史使命。家庭暴力不仅严重侵害家庭成员的人身和财产权利,破坏婚姻家庭的稳定与和睦,而且影响社会安定团结,给社会带来不稳定的因素。反对针对妇女的家庭暴力,弘扬家庭美德,从伦理道德上调节社会成员的家庭关系,提升全民族的思想道德素质,是我们家庭伦理道德建设所面临的重大课题。本文以马克思主义婚姻家庭观为指导思想,除引言外共分三部分。第一部分,解读了家庭暴力的现状,对家庭暴力的内涵进行了界定,对其本质特征进行了宏观把握,从和谐视域出发,阐述了家庭暴力对家庭、社会的危害性。第二部分,重点分析家庭暴力产生的道德成因,这是本文深入分析家庭暴力道德成因的重要部分。从历史传统谈起,联系现实社会,以古观今,寻求家庭暴力产生的道德根源。第三部分,从教育的角度来研究如何解决和预防家庭暴力。本章将会以学校教育、社会教育、家庭教育作为解决家庭暴力问题的有效对策,以期通过多种教育途径提高人们的思想意识,从思想上转变人们对家庭暴力的认识。以宽容与理性的婚姻家庭道德理念来促进家庭和睦,养成以和为真、以和为美、以和为善的家庭新风尚。树立和谐可持续发展的家庭观,保障平等、和睦、文明的社会主义新型婚姻家庭关系,以家庭的和谐进步促进社会的和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Domestic violence, specifically to women, has become one of the major issues that all governments around the world now have to attach importance to. Our nation is now at its economic turning point to rapid growth and in a social transitional period, where old fashion ethics has been obsolete while new values are in its making, which represents the ethical prospective of the society. Social consciousnesses tend to varies. Under such circumstances, the inequality of economic status and different positions in the society of men and women has made domestic violence an even worse problem. Harmonious families are part of the key components of a harmonious society. Resolving domestic issues, especially domestic violence, at the transitional period of our society is an indispensable objective of socialist cultural and ethical progress.This thesis is written based on the Marxism concept of marriage, and divided into three major parts besides of the foreword. The first part will disclose the reality of domestic violence, define the meaning of domestic violence, and explain the essence of domestic violence and how it will do harm to families and the society from a harmonious society point of view. The second part will concentrate on the ethical cause of formation of domestic violence which is the key part of this thesis that will give you a profound analysis on the subject, based on historical facts and the reality of the current society, looking into the ancient world and its current casing for the ethical roots of domestic violence. The last part will discuss how to solve domestic violence issue with educational methods. School education, social education and domestic education will all be considered as effective ways to solve domestic violence problem, which can help shape the ideology of people, and bring changes to their cognition of domestic violence, so as to instill inclusiveness and rationality in marriage life ethics, encourage a harmonious way of family life, make a harmonious family a new fashion, and build the concept of a harmonious and sustainable family value to ensure a fair, peaceful, civilized way of living our socialist family life, hence a harmonious society.更多还原
