内环流活塞泵转子型线的研究及其间隙的分析

【摘要】 内环流活塞泵是一种性能优良的新型转子泵,但国内对其研究工作严重滞后,至今尚未解决其内外转子啮合型线的设计问题。本文以内环流活塞泵为研究对象,分别从该泵的转子型线、结构及其间隙大小等进行了理论分析、运动仿真分析及结构创新方面的研究,提出并建立了该泵的外转子齿形型线的设计计算方法。主要研究工作包括:1.提出了一种内环流活塞泵总体结构方案,介绍了该泵的结构特征及工作原理。2.流量特性的研究。参考内啮合齿轮泵的流量计算公式,分析推导得出了内环流活塞泵的实际流量公式和瞬时流量公式以及流量脉动系数。3.转子型线的研究。根据内环流活塞泵转子运动规律,基于内转子齿形型线为圆弧,建立动坐标系。在假定外转子不动,内转子作相对运动条件下,首次推导出外转子齿形型线的设计计算公式,填补了国内内环流活塞泵转子齿形型线设计的空白,为该泵的转子型线设计计算奠定了理论基础。通过实例计算并应用CAXA软件,得到了外转子齿形型线的理论曲线图。应用Cosmosmotion对转子运动仿真分析,验证了齿形型线方程及计算公式的正确性。上述型线较好地解决了内外转子啮合时的干涉问题,使泵运行更加平稳,噪音更低。4.间隙的分析。通过对内环流活塞泵的间隙情况的详细分析,基于平行平板缝隙的理论模型,从流体力学、流体力学在流体机械中的应用两方面,分析推导出该泵径向间隙的最佳间隙、无泄漏间隙公式以及泄漏流量公式,最后借助流体计算软件FLUENT对径向间隙实例进行了分析仿真。

【Abstract】 The inside circulation piston pump is an excellent new rotor pump,but the research work is seriously lagging behind in China and has not yet to resolve the design problem of the internal and external rotor profile.The paper does some theoretical,motion analysis and simulation of structural innovation research about rotor profile, structure and gap size in the inside circulation piston pump. At last,the calculation method of the outside rotor profile is presented. The studying includes the main experiment:1. First a type of the inside circulation piston pump was developed in this paper, and then its structural feature and operational principle were introduced.2. The research of flow characteristics. Refer internal gear pump flux calculation formula, the inside circulation piston pump’s flow formula for the actual flow formula、the transient flow formula and flow pulsatility index were inferred.3. The research of the rotor profile. According to the motion law of the inside circulation piston pump rotor, and based on the tooth profile line of the inside rotor was circular arc,established the moving coordinate system.Assumed that the outside rotor was fixed and the inside rotor did the relative movement, the calculation formula of the outside rotor profile are went out for the first time.It lays the theory foundation and fills-up the theory gap of rotor profile design of the inside circulation piston pump. Using an actual design example and CAXA software,the theory curve picture of the tooth profile line of the outside rotor is shown.Through using Cosmosmotion to do motion simulation analysis,the validity of the tooth profile line equation and calculation formula were verifide.This line was good at solving interference problem between the inside and outside rotor, so that pump is running more stable, lower noise.4. The analysis of gap size.According to the detailed analysis of the sealing situation in radial gap of the pump and based on the model of parallel plank gap,the best gap、no-leaking gap of the inside circulation piston pump’s radial gap are went out from the fluid mechanics and fluid machinery point of view.Finally,the case of radial gap is simulated analyzed by FLUENT software.
