型钢肋—混凝土组合楼板的研究

【摘要】 钢-混凝土组合结构是在钢结构和钢筋混凝土结构基础上发展起来的一种新型结构。它兼有钢结构和混凝土结构的优点,具有显著的技术经济效益和社会效益。加气混凝土是一种很好的“绿色产品”,它具有容重轻、保温性能高、吸音效果好,有一定的强度和可加工等优点,在低层民居中已经得到了越来越多的应用。本文将钢筋混凝土、加气混凝土和薄壁型钢这三种材料组合形成一种新型钢肋-混凝土组合楼板。用加气混凝土板作为模板,节省了大量临时性模板,加快了施工周期,有较好的保温、隔热、隔声性能。但由于加气混凝土板本身材料在强度和刚度方面与普通混凝土材料有较大差距,因此采用密肋楼盖来保证使用要求。采用非线性有限元法对其受力性能进行分析,以确定合适的连接件间距;通过不同荷载形式下应力分布的对比,讨论荷载形式及连接件间距对有效翼缘宽度的影响;并分析了组合楼盖的承载力。

【Abstract】 Steel-concrete composite structure is a new type of structure which developed on the basis of steel and reinforced concrete structures.It combines the advantages of steel and concrete structure, has the significant of technical ,economic and social benefits.Aerated concrete is a good "green products", it has bulk density of light, high performance thermal insulation, sound-absorbing effect is good, there are certain advantages of strength and processability, low-rise residential buildings are already in a growing number of applications .This paper will be reinforced concrete, aerated concrete, and thin-walled steel combination of these three materials to form a new steel rib - concrete floor. With aerated concrete slab as a template, save a lot of temporary templates to speed up the construction cycle, better insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation. However, compared with material strength and stiffness of ordinary concrete, aerated concrete slab has a large gap, so a ribbed floor to ensure the requirements.The nonlinear finite element method to analyze the performance of its force to determine the appropriate connector spacing; through different forms of stress distribution of load compared to discuss the form and connections load spacing on the impact of effective flange width; analysis of the bearing capacity of composite slabs.
