【摘要】 “生存美学”是杰克·凯鲁亚克生活和创作的根基。它超越了传统美学中的“善恶”对立和“高大全”概念,并统一在宗教意义上的“极乐至福”(beatific)之中。凯鲁亚克所奉行的“生存美学”乃是一种生活的艺术,一种自由创作的风格,一种关怀自身的技艺。而贯穿其中的关键思想就是关注自我,努力使自己的生活艺术化,艺术生活化,并在艺术和生活中感受愉悦。“极乐至福”则是凯鲁亚克对自身文化探索的终极归宿,它源于“生存美学”中两种殊途同归的实践智慧:一是,在求“恶”意志指导下,发生在“自然状态”下的僭越快感;二是,在禅宗沉思冥想中感知“无我”的极乐。本质上,凯鲁亚克的“生存美学”是对其生存世界的对抗、分裂和超越等创造性活动。这些活动始终贯穿着对“极乐至福”渴望和追求。本文从凯鲁亚克的生活和创作出发,力图指明凯鲁亚克“生存美学”的意义:指导我们如何把平庸呆板的生活转化为富有诗意且充满创造的生活;启发我们冲破索然无味的日常生活方式,将自我从有限的世俗生活中解放出来;带领我们永不停歇地流浪在精神旅途中,达到光彩夺目的“极乐至福”。

【Abstract】 “Aesthetics of Existence”was the foundation of Jack Kerouac’s lifeandcreation.Ittranscendedthedivisionin“GoodandEvil”and“Perfect”concept in traditional aesthetics, entered the“Beatific”with a religioussense. So, Kerouac’s“Aesthetics of Existence”was a kind of living art, afree creat style and a skill care of his own. The key idea in it wasconcernedwith ego,madegreat effortstomakelife liketo artandartliketodailylife,andfeltpleasureinartandlife.“Beatific”was the ultimate destination that Kerouac explored hisown culture. It came from two different but same purpose practicalwisdoms in“Aesthetics of Existence”: First, under the guidance of“evil”will, a large charge of transgression which has happened in the“naturalstate”; Secondly, perceived a bliss of“egolessness”in Zen meditation.Essentially, Kerouac’s "Aesthetics of Existence" were creative activitiesthat fight, division and beyondthe world he survival. And thoseactivities alwayshaverunthroughthedesireandpursuitof“Beatific”.This paper wants to through Kerouac’s life and creation, tries toshow the meanings of“Aesthetics of Existence”: guide us how totranslatethedulllifeintofullofpoeticandcreativitylife;inspireusbreakthrough wrydailylife, and liberate ego fromthe limited secular life; leadus never stop wandering in the spirit of journey and achieve brilliant“Beatific”.
